DarthFastball11 that “force” is actually called centrifugal force (you have the concept right about how it’s a phantom force), and it does in fact help with increasing friction. You don’t have to read the rest but I’ll explain how XQC is right but at the same time arguing so hard for the most unimportant, irrelevant, and insignificant effect in a car’s dynamics. When cars turn really hard, they start leaning to the side in the same direction of the centrifugal force. That “lean” puts more normal force on the outer wheels but also decreases normal force on the inner wheels (one exaggerated example is when those Indian guys drive their cars sideways on two wheels), so you can only turn and accelerate so hard before your car wants to flip over. Since the equation for friction is force * coefficient of friction, that means more force = more frictional force, and in this case more normal force on the outer wheels means more frictional force on those tires but also less on the inner wheels since they have less normal force. But when you take it to something as complicated as a car, the normal force on the outer wheels compared to the inner wheels could be greater, equal to, or less than the other. I don’t know what to say about this, as it depends on how the car is built and what surface it’s turning on. However, assuming that you do get more frictional force overall by accelerating during a turn, I would say that only when you’re going a specific set of speeds (0 km/h up to whatever speed tires begin to slip) you would have more friction before you’re too fast where your wheels begin sliding and not providing that *centripetal* frictional force (which means the car experiences less *centrifugal* “force” and leans less = less normal force = less friction). When I say that the wheels begin to slip, this means the car starts getting dragged outwards from the circle it was turning in (this means less centrifugal force), as in it’s literally sliding outwards from the center of the circle it’s turning around because the tires don’t have enough friction to stop it getting pulled out by the centrifugal force. For the most part though, in cases like these usually your wheels begin to slip before you can even accelerate to provide enough friction to counter the slip, unless the road is banked sharply. This completely invalidates the usefulness of accelerating during a turn for increased friction that XQC keeps arguing for, but it doesn’t mean he’s wrong. In a high speed race track where the roads are banked sharply as they turn, drivers can keep accelerating in a turn to increase friction, meaning they can go faster with less consequence. This lets drivers accelerate without having to worry about slipping outwards (Indy 500 for example), but we’re talking about driving any common car which he barely, if not hasn’t, ever driven. The thing XQC is talking about is so rare and irrelevant that it would only be important in a very specific scenario, but it still happens anyways, so he isn’t technically wrong -he’s just wrong about how prevalent he thinks this issue is without really understanding what he’s even arguing for. I’m also typing this drunk at 3:30 am before going to sleep, so I could be wrong about a few things but I just really wanted to say this.

He said he already owned the game, which is why he pirated a gamecube ROM (which I doubt he even owned the game as a kid seeing as he knows nothing about it). I don't see how that is different to pirating the PC version.
