A Message of Hope from the Guides on Covid-19 | Medium Suzanne Giesemann 

He kissed my cheek SIX years ago at Christmas. My hubby left to run errands, Christmas shopping saying "Love you see you in a bit."💋 We searched FOUR DAYS looking for our truck. Finding him, passed in our truck in a parking lot at 46yrs old from a heart attack 😭. . 11 days before Christmas traumatized me. Six days before Christmas, I got to see him at the funeral home. 😭It was then he began speaking to me from the other side.💕 That was the beginning of my awakening. December 14th 2014

I haven't changed my normal routine one bit since covid-19 lock down began because I'm not afraid. I refuse to live in fear. I would attempt to spread calm on social media but I would be met with so much anger. I don't argue because they can't see what they aren't ready to see. I'm at peace and I'm very grateful for it. Love to the world💗

I wish I had a message before my daughter who was also pregnant ready to give birth to my granddaughter passed away, I knew and felt I would never be able to see my granddaughter. My daughter was the love of my life, she passed away in a car accident, not her fault. It’s been so hard. I miss her everyday but do believe her spirit lives on.

So glad to hear I'm doing the right things. I live on the waterfront, started a veggie and flower garden. Havent turned TV on for 2 months. I am outside on my patio or pool 90% of the time I spend outside now. Even eat all meals outside. Started meditating and watching these kinds of videos.

I'm a psychic /medium and for months before 9/11 I sensed that there was something horrible coming in September. My mom in law was retiring from her government job that year and was going to get a sum of money after retirement. She said she was going to take the family , her my husband and our 3 kids to Disney in Fla. This conversation was during dinner in May. Everyone was excited until she said we would fly there in September. I got a real bad feeling about the date she chose. September 9th we would have flown out Of Cleveland, I abruptly said no. She asked why and I said something horrible is going to happen. She thought I was afraid to fly and offered to take the kids without me. I had never thought of EVER disrespecting her but I shouted at her "NOBODY is flying in September!" As you know there were a few days when no one flew that September. So she asked if it would be ok for a drive vacation and for it to be in August. I agreed until she said the destination, WASHINGTON D.C. Are you kidding me I thought but I didn't say anything. We drove south from Erie Pa. We got hungry after a couple of hours and stopped for breakfast at a McDonalds and as we drove up to the restaurant I started getting nauseous. As soon as I got inside I knew I was going to be sick and ran to the parking lot and vomited. I was sitting on the ground when my husband came to see if I was ok. I pointed to the sky and said "NO there's going to be a plane crash here!" He looked shocked and said "NOW?" no but soon I said. This was August 13 th and the McDonalds was in Sommerset 2 miles from Shanksville! There is more to this and I'm so sorry this is so long but it's true. I've learned to control it finally.

Yes - yes - yes - every day and every night I ground myself outside and hold the energies of love and healing for all beings through the universe and galaxy ...including those I’m not aware of.

I've been telling people for years now our job in life is to be in JOY.

My guides told me that it’s not the virus to fear but the people are the worry .. it’s something we should worry about but not the virus but everyone else and that our guides are going to help us ...

Thank you for saying "go outside!" I keep hearing people say we're stuck inside. No, you can go outside just follow safety recommendations. The sun, soil and fresh air will have huge benefits.

I LOVE what she says about breathing! I generally practice much longer exhales than inhales! It's a great way to clear out the bottom of the lungs! Laughter helps, too!

Love listening to her explain the transformation she went through to get where she is now. I have always known there was a spirit world and other dimensions with beings we call angels or spirit guides so this is just confirmation. So many of us are shackled with very restrictive religious belief systems that lock us into little boxes. It can be hard to break out but follow where your intuition leads you. Great interview !

3 days ago...I asked to assign Alligator during meditation...no clue why? yesterday I went to work kids birthday party. It was last minute request, not planned at all...and guess my reaction when I did see the entertainer bring out a little alligator from the box. Thank you Dad for the sign! I know you are my angel!

I came in my house a year after my father died and I felt someone was in my house. I could hear mumbling. I thought someone was leaving a message on the phone but that wasn’t it. I thought maybe I left the TV on so I was just standing there straining to listen but that wasn’t it. So I thought maybe it was my radio upstairs and at that moment I heard my dads voice say “hey Krissy!” And the mumbling stopped and it was over. I felt incredible sadness hearing his voice again so clearly but the following day it hit me differently that he got through and was alive and I felt euphoric.

Same thing happened to me My daughter came in a dream before she passed and told me all happens for a reason

I excitedly emailed this link to my Mom. She emailed me back to say, "Oh yes, I know her. She is a friend of mine" My Mom is very cool!!!

About a minute into listening I experienced crackling in my ears and something like electrical current going off in my ears. The experience lasted about a second. I believe it was my husband letting me know he was here with me. My husband crossed over in May 2019. Thank you both.

I loved what she said about love over fear and what Rumi said. If everyone did that our world would change for the better.

I feel more comfortable, with the distance from others. As in, sitting too close, standing too close, too many people always all around. I thought for a minute, what if I wished it and made it come true. I had always been careful by having a small bottle of hand sanitizer with me at all times before corona, just needed the mask. I see the positive of this. Then again, I also believe in God and he’s in control. Just taking care of my soul. Living peacefully. No news or people around, who love to drag the negative news on and on.

I live in NJ, it frightens me that so many people think the virus is not real and they refuse to wear a mask. I have friends who are in the medical field, paramedics, nurses, doctors, it’s frightening how the world does not appreciate them. Life is a gift, protect it, nurture it. ❤️

That's incredible! I had a dream that I was in the council of poets during an evening session and I was listening to Yeats, and even DH Lawrence was there and many others that are long gone over 100 years ago and yet here they were standing a room on stage and the rest of us sat in these red velvet chairs, like an old movie theater, and they allowed me to watch and they looked at me and they said you're lucky you get to see the Dead Poets Society because it's a real thing and one day you'll join our ranks. And I have been a published poet so it's pretty cool... When she talks about it, she is right on ..this is real..

Talking synchronicity, i keep stumbling upon corona bottles in the bushes when i walk the dog...a few weeks before that i kept finding pet toys when my mind was wrapped around spirit animals.... synchronicity is a crack😀

i have had so many experiences that have given me a glimpse into something larger and along the same lines of the message in this program that i am a believer and feel so fortunate to have had the experiences i had (premonitions, visions, etc.) and i have met others like suzanne who happen to have been Naval officers .... when i met these individuals, i was not aware that we connected at a soul level in our earth being state...i shut the gift down (the ability to have premonitions and visions) because THE "MESSAGES" i was receiving were related to death or calamity, i did not have the ability/courage to let it happen (did i mention i never meditated, never asked for this to happen, it just started out of nowhere!!))

Thank you both - for sharing! I too had a butterfly visit me when my mum died 30 years ago! I was not prepared, and couldn't believe what transpired.... At the graveside, I saw a bunch of black butterflies hanging out in the high trees... when we went back to the house there was a huge orange and black butterfly on the wind sill by the front door; & then when I went back to my house up north from Red Bluff, CA where my mum & dad were, there was a butterfly that hung out in our garden, that took 3 days to die. No coincidence! My mother had taught us all to understand when we die, it is like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly, that is no longer earth bound! ❤️ That was a message just for me. To this day I call on certain relatives when I need their help or guidance! Sometimes I see a butterfly in the most unexpected places, & I think its a sign from my mum!
