The saying is better to lose blood in training than to lose it in battle. If you can pass the course it’ll set you up on life, when hard times come in you life you can rise to it, as you have be through some of the hardest training the British Military Offers.. Good luck Royal

Positive advice . Calm seas do not a good sailor make ! Get back into the storm . The difference between those that pass and those that wrap is the mindset ! You can put a rizla wrapper between most nods on the phys !

For the guys training get back into the fold as soon as you can. Honestly civvy street is crumbling. What you do now will last with you forever and set you up in life. Your young and have many years ahead of you stick with it, be a man and hold your head high your a Royal Marine👍

Used to dread the drive back on a Sunday night.not just in training but going back to your unit I’m an army veteran left in 2005,trust me when I say,when your in the forces your something very special It’s only once you’ve left you realise that being in the forces is having a superpower,nobody understands that apart from other guys in the same situation I’m 55,slipped disc,torn rotator cuff,various other stuff BUT if the call came and our country was threatened I’d be yhere

I was a doctor at Lympstone a long time ago. I saw a lad who quit on a Friday and was back on the Monday because when he went home his friends all told him he was a fool for quitting. He then remembered why he joined in the first place

Why can’t you wave it? Don’t listen to anyone. We need to be prepared to stand up for our nation rather than all shrivel away. If we all stood up we would have power overnight.

You know at this stage if you’re not going back …perhaps you aren’t meant for it ….but I would say this to you …stay in keep going for most it sets them up for life.

Complete Commando -- This is most excellent advice. Never start something which you have no intention of finishing. See the job through to the end. Anything good is difficult to win, but it's worthwhile in the end. Don't give up men!

If you leave and you had it in you to finish you will regret for the rest of your life you never stayed the course. I have a good friend doing Para course at the same time left to start a business he did well but always regrets not earning his Red Beret.

What you're talking about happened to my brother in law, he was doing fantastic he passed out top student and before we knew it he was a civvy again... Absolutely bonkers.
