Muhammad Hijab, as an Orthodox Jew we believe there are 7 heavens and a place of punishment called Gehinnom with a number of compartments to it. But this place serves as a purification for entering the afterlife or an end to the soul. It is very complicated to explain and if you are interested I can do a tutorial about our beliefs on the afterlife. Why do we choose life? Because when a person dies his deeds finish. The whole point of being sent into this world is to do Torah and mitzvot as a Jew. When a Jew is circumcised we bless the infant that he be fruitful in his collection of Torah and mitzvot. Not only is he sent into this world for a purpose to refine, elevate and to accomplish goals such as preserving and teaching Judaism to the next generation [I.e. communal merit] but he also gathers up reward for himself. A mitzvah can only be accomplished with a soul and a body. A soul without a body cannot do a mitzvah. A mitzvah is specific. If it isn't done exactly the way God commanded it then it's not a mitzvah. Similarly a body without a soul is not alive.

But there has always been rabbis who do not accept being part of this corrupted system, which they fought fiercely and denounced constantly. 3) Their interpretations on many subjects are diametrically opposed to the former ones. These men of great human values are very courageous and pay the high price for their non-compliance. We non-Jews must be extremely careful not to lump them and the aforementionned rabbis together. There is good and bad in every community! To conclude, there are non-zionist and zionist Jews who both refer to their sacred texts but with differing interpretations. However they are all Jews. 4) I find it dishonest to accuse non-Jews of antisemitism when they are appalled by the interpretations of zionist Jews. It's difficult for many people, even amongst Jews, to separate the wheat from the chaff, especially as the media almost never gives a voice to non-zionist Jews. It's the zionist Jews who monopolize the media and the political world. Those are the ones who have been promoting and exacerbating antisemitism for centuries! Those are the ones responsible for the misfortune that befall their community through their deeds and teachings! But their renowned arrogance prevents them from making any self criticism.

I became Muslim in 2016 at Al Azhar in Cairo. Since I moved back to the UK and live in the North I feel so isolated from any Muslim community and don’t think they would accept me too. I am the only Muslim in this area but I am strong but miss Azan and living in a structured Muslim country and want to go back. I feel I still have so many questions though that are unanswered and think this is where having a community comes in. On this basis I feel lacking.

Just to clarify some divergences, being the chosen people doesnt mean preferred people but people that have to accomplish more tasks in order to be closer to the divine ( the jews have 613 commandments to be more holy, and the non jews have just 7 comandments) Jews believe they were chosen to spread the main messenge that god is one, also to receive the commandments from god as the profets became from them. Judaism dont encourage converts because you can have full relationship with god without being jew as long you follow the comandments, but if you become jew and dont follow the commandments you commit a sin. God love all humans and dont want they lose their traditions and be proud of their roots as long they follow the commandments. Judaism believe in heaven and hell in a diferent way, in our life we commit sins so when we die our soul is taited so we cant touch the divine because we arent pure, so the soul go to gan eden to purifies and thit time go close to god, as more sin more time to purifies. The main goal to pray and to not commit sins is to bring the presence of the divine to the earth and make a better earth.

At the end of the day, I think you are correct. The Jewish religious and cultural notation of life being sacred and most valuable is challenged by Islam to this very day. That is some scary stuff man. The idea of religion being more important than life itself is terrifying, especially when said religion is shaped and dictated by powerful forces as a mean of controlling the people. This is exactly why shia and sunni and shia Muslims slaughter each other every chance they get - the value of life is nonexistent compared to their twisted ideas of religious purity.
