After being away for a week, I wanted to give you a mini home tour to see what has been happening in our antique New England home with some of my decorating and DIY projects and the cutting flowers in my garden. There has been some decorating projects going on in the home, including some built in shelves and finally found the breakfast room wallpaper! I will also be answering some questions I have been receiving about how to cut and care for peonies.
I believe fine living and happiness begins within ourselves and at home. My goal is to help you find your own version of fine living, no matter how simple or grand that may be, no matter where you live. Please subscribe if you feel you are a kindred spirit and enjoy fine living, simple pleasures, and living a life well lived.

I have found that a lot of kindred spirits have ancestors that came to New England. If you are curious about your family roots, I used Ancestry to find out a lot about my family. I am now an affiliate with Ancestry since I have been using their service for many years.
