I think the 42mm Laco has a lug to lug distance of 50mm.

I'll have to double check! It's possible I mentioned the 39mm size

They have a 10 ATM flieger if you are willing to pay a little more

That's one of my favorite parts about Laco, you can customize movements, etc. and they aren't too over the top about it.
