We realise our mistakes so late and we can't undo what we did consciously.

I’ve watched this before for more than 5 times and it still makes me cry

I have two daughters and they are very different already. My oldest is 4 and my youngest is 1. My oldest is very outgoing and stubborn and independent. My youngest is more quiet, clingy, and shy. Luckily (at the time) they love each other. But truthfully I am a bit nervous for when they get older, especially the teenage years. I never had a sister, but I had two younger brothers. Fingers crossed they dont go overboard.

What is sad is the mother hits the elder child saying the younger one is small forgetting that the elder child is smaller than the mom. She should have taken her aside explained to her give her the naughty corner or a chore to do but not hit her. The parents should have encouraged the sisters to be friends apologise to each other and hug each other. When they were older the elder sister never spoke to her younger sis about her behaviour. There was a huge lack of communication between them. She simply expected her to be a certain way. Maybe due to this lack of communication the younger sister sought attention by doing the things she did. Shame that such a serious case had to bring them together.

Forgiveness has a power all its own. It kicks down walls of hate, bitterness, envy, and darkness. It lets the healing light of love come in like a sweet smelling breeze after a storm. And, it is something we ALL can do for free....and freedom.

Real sibling can't take so long time to reveal anything . After knowing that they always take care of their siblings like mom😊. Also I have my only elder sis . So I know how they take care of our 😊.

You’re literally killing me….I’m adopted, she’s (my sister) not, she’s 6 years older, and hated me from day one, calling me “orphan” growing up, I hated her guts, and cut her out of my life for her cruel and childish behaviour…but I was just diagnosed with terminal leukaemia a few days ago (and this video comes up on my news feed!), it’s spread all through my body…my parents, who are 86 and 88, told her (I’m 52, she’s 58)…she drove over here, literally knocked down my door, because I was too weak to stand up, and had the exact same reaction as the younger sister in this video….I’ve been told I have a few weeks, maybe a month at best, to live. She won’t leave my side, admitting she was jealous of me, begged for my forgiveness…and though I have to admit it wasn’t easy, I cannot leave this world behind with any hurt feelings for anyone. I just wished it didn’t take my own death for her to finally become the sister I always wanted all these years. God knows I tried to make peace countless times, for my sake, and my elderly parents, but she kept calling me a “bloody faggot”, as I’m in an interracial same sex marriage, and refused to speak to me, until now, so I accepted her apology (my husband can’t, as she called him every racist derogatory name in the book, but they’re getting along for my sake)…SO AT LEAST WE’RE ALL TOGETHER again….I’m not dying in hospice, I’m dying in my own bed, surrounded by those I love most…my husband of 32 years (it’s tearing me apart inside having to leave him behind, I can’t imagine my existence without him), my wonderful parents who are my hero’s, my son, who’s 40 (he’s my husbands son from a previous marriage), and at long last, my sister, and her 2 sons, whom I love as though they were my own. I don’t want to die, and leave them all behind, I’m terrified….I’ve been dead before at 21, when my colon ruptured from stage 4 Crohn’s disease (when they found intestinal cancer, which I had 4 times)…I know another beautiful place awaits me on the other side, I’ve already been there. BUT I DON’T WANT TO GO SO SOON…my real name is Eric, I believe in the power of prayer…as pathetic as it sounds, I beg you, pray for me. I beat the odds 4 times already…but never have I had stage 4 leukaemia before…they can’t operate, and said chemotherapy will not work this time, so I’m beyond desperately frantic. I’m fighting for my life. I will NOT go quietly into that metaphorical good night, I’ll scream and shout, and fight like hell, to the bitter end….but hey, every prayer, every positive bit of energy helps. I pray none of you have to endure what I’ve had to, don’t wait for cancer to make amends with loved ones, because it’s too late by then, my sister and I can’t make new memories once I’m gone in a few weeks, god help me (and yes, as a man, I’m not ashamed to say, I’m bawling my eyes out right now). All I ask of you is, please learn from our mistakes, life is far too short, especially for people like myself, and the millions exactly like me. I’m an older sister, I always treat my sister bad. I think she’s not important in my life at all. I think that she’s bossy and other things. After a while she had been missing.. she was only 5.. she had to pass away at such a young age.. she helped me a lot, I only made fun of her. I never realised her value.. one thing us humans don’t understand is that a few things, will only be there for a certain time. Never take someone for granted. We don’t realise how much something means to us until it’s gone. Pls take care of your loved ones, have fun with them, treat them like they’re special, and love them to the fullest..before it’s too late 🤍
