Humans can’t become Amalgamates. *Both* parties need to be melting from an excess of Determination for them to become Amalgamated. And only monsters can melt like that, since their bodies aren’t entirely physical and are made of magic. The reason they melt is because they’re not *supposed* to have Determination, it conflicts with what their bodies are made of. Like a human injecting themself with sulfuric acid. Humans are *made* of Determination, so they can’t have an excess of it, and don’t melt like monsters do. A human injecting themself with Determination, would basically be the same as a blood transfusion. *(Fun Fact:* The AU character, “Sixbones” technically wouldn’t be possible, since in that canon only Papyrus was injected with Determination. So when he starts melting onto Sans, Sans could just… walk out of it. Since he wasn’t injected with any Determination himself, and thus wouldn’t Amalgamate.)

@hopesanskikodragon11 like you know how the amalgamations can melt onto monster making them one of them. We'll why don't they trap the human with the amalgamations?

@@brandonchavarria1246 well the human can always reset, since as sans said the only thing that makes it impossible for them to reset its when its his "turn" Where he is the one to choose what to do But to be really honest i think that would be kinda lame 'cause i dont think that would work like that, helptale explored that idea with sixbones tough
