Hey guys! Here is a little video from a morning in my van! (/also a little bit of what i did that day). I'd meant to make this video part of a longer video into the following day, but once I was editing it felt clunky, but the morning felt too beautiful to just scrap, so I decided to give it it's own little video.

What kind of van do you have/how much did it cost/how many miles did it have on it when you bought it?

I think she is on Lake Superior at Bete Grise Preserve which is in Upper Michigan. The lake is so big it feels like an ocean, only colder.

@@f13775 I have a partner for almost 13yrs, still sleep with a teddy bear in a diff room cuz teddy doesn't snore nor keep me up all night. my neck doesn't get sore& my arms dont get as numb as much, so it's not always cuz someone doesn't sleep with a significant other but thanks for playin🙄🤣😅nothin is or needs to be that simple pal, some ppl been sleeping with their favorite stuffed animal since they were kids and has nothing to do with being in a relationship. I’m 19 & I work a regular 40 hours sometimes even 100+ hours if my work is busy. I just want to drop the job and just stay in my car and travel different states with my bf and stay at each one temporarily and get a job to see if I like it. But I have everyone telling me no I should go to college and just do it when I retire but I don’t want to be old by the time i get to see the world because nothing will be the same and who’s to say if i’ll even be here by the time I retire, anything can happen.

I know the feeling. If this helps, you need to be living your best life and not dreading everyday. Do what you think you love more. Don’t care what others think. You could do a traveling job or online college. 🤍🤍good luck

Do what feels right. There are definitely benefits to going to school as it will help you build a more stable life quicker in the long run. However, I think it’s important to take some time for yourself and not just wait until retirement. We’ve been conditioned to think that if we don’t join the rat race we’re lazy but in fact, most of us just want to enjoy the time we have. I would recommend trying it for a few months and seeing how it goes. You’re not really living if all you do is work for the future. Do something for yourself. There always time to go to school after, don’t be in a rush. Good luck 💜💜

OH MY GOD IM 18 AND I WANT TO DO THE SAME THING, although i’m not currently working! One of my friends kept saying it was smarter to go to college instead because they said i was just dodging responsibilities. some people will doubt you, doesn’t mean you have to do what they want you too, this if your life, you only live it once, don’t waste it in a tiny desk, or a job that fucks with your health. It’s better to at least try than not and regret not doing it

Finish your school first. It only takes a few years. If you wait, you’ll loose your motivation. If you’re young, you still have plenty of time to enjoy your traveling lifestyle after you are done with your school. I would get into something that relate to your full-time traveling. Best of luck.

I left the place where I was feeling bad, but I get really sick of anxiety and agoraphobia, so I have to learn how to deal with it... Now I'm looking for some job and studying management, and I got surrounded by people that truly loves me and protects me. I also finished high school after nine years of owing a subject! So definitely I'm so much better, but this is just the beginning, I have so much things to do... Thank you for asking and remember me how good I am now and that I can have everything that I want, and so you too 😘

I'm doing it for about a week every summer. I recommend trying it first, before going all in. To me it gets boring after a few days.

I really love your introspective energy (and by extension, the flow of your vlogs). Obviously, we don't know you personally but the way you build these vlogs through film and editing feels like you're giving us a glimpse of your worldview.. I love the way there's room for the in-between spaces of time, and the vlogs don't have to have a linear story or particular mood. A lingering camera shot on something small and insignificant can somehow express someone's whole world or state of mind. How one can move through a particular environment either through multiple angles, or emotional paradigms. It reminds me to mindful of the synergy between my environment and personal outlook. I've always found north america strikingly beautiful and wish I could do a similar solo trip; however as an Australian there's some tricky logistical quagmires and also some trepidation towards US culture (police intimidation, abundance of personal firearms, women's safety, civil unrest etc) that make it impossibly daunting. I should probably just do the same in my own backyard (Australia is diverse and beautiful) but I'm enamoured with northern landscapes... maybe Canada is my best bet, one day! In the meantime, I'll keep supporting this vlog (I turn off my ad-blocker to watch!) and live vicariously somewhere in-between your reality and my dreams. all my best, alice
