I'm gonna warn you all right now: this game deals with some heavy topics so if you are really sensitive or get emotional easily (like me) then you might have a rough time with this series 😢❤❤❤

Yeah, it's a heavier one. I think the game itself telegraphs that well so hopefully it doesn't come as a shock (hence why I didn't put an outright warning as opposed to something like Stray where the jarring elements are both presented in a realistic manner and with less leadup), but it is quite an emotional ride.

To me, part of the reason this game is so heartbreaking is because of the fact that this could really happen in a dark future. The game is plenty sad on its own, but combined with the fact that the player character is an Endling- the last of a species; just makes it so much sadder.

I agree! This game also explains extinction very well, too. It's a sad game, but at the same time kind of educational if you look deep enough into it. This is what happens when careless human actions are made to the environment, it puts other species at risk just like in this game. In the game, most species are super rare now because of what happened. Since foxes are one of them, that's why the man stole the fox cub. (If you don't want spoilers then don't read the last bit) He mainly stole the cub because of his daughter, who was sick and his only blood line that was left. It also shows that someone can be both bad and good. Their intentions are bad, but they sometimes mean good.

Comment so you can read all my comments on one: (has to be edited i guess) 30:08 crazy? correction: awe- i mean pawsome! 🐾 33:52 i personally think that each night passes, the night at some point goes quicker as you go. so to be mindful of how long it takes to get food each night, though i think each night food gets more scarce depending on how you hunt. thsi is just my idea, probably not exactly the idea of the game. 36:24 around here i’d say, “once you choose your path, you cannot go back until you have finished your mission.”That music is eerie… and what the- 36:39 38:17 i think if its day its either gonna be a heck lot dangerous or humans will be out of there wondering in the day. either way, the day is very dangerous to your pups it seems.. 39:19 also, the lightings would be so you could actually see danger, etc. i’ll make all these comments on comment after i finish the video. 39:32 that sound is most likely the sense of danger. trust your instincts and watch your pups!! 40:05 now that is actually a cute space I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL JAY, I’LL SEE YA AROUND ON OTHER VIDEOS THEN?

OMGGG I WASNT EXPECTING YOU TO PLAY ENDLING its so sad also (spoiler) theres a furrier later on and that dude is like a heat seeking missle he just knows where you are so you just running along and all of a sudden hes just THERE? and the danger of being in daylight is that the humans start roaming around
