Your passenger side motor mount is done. The engine should sit flat not leaning to side. I’ve done mine. Easy job. Cork sport, JBR make HP ones if you don’t mind a little vibration. I’m guessing it wouldn’t be worse then you have now as that one’s not doing anything but keeping engine in car. If you’re going 300+ whp grab a trans mount to. Enjoy the smoothness after changing 👍🏻
