Built in 1993…Only issue washer/dryer hook up for 2nd floor/basement 🤷🏾‍♀️ other then that this 🏡 is BEAUTIFUL 🤗 too much to ✍🏾 down 😊 the renovation is absolutely spot on 💫🥰

If you want to film a room without being seen in the reflection, you enter the room backwards and film the room parallel to the reflection closest to the corner on the reflection side , Janice does a good job with this.

I have to say, I find that pretty annoying (when a room is entered backwards). It takes away from the flow and fluidity of the viewing. It takes away from the vantage point of taking in the entire room as you would see it if you're actually walking into it. I've seen ppl point the camera to the floor, position themselves out of view in the mirror, then flow the camera back up.

Johns Creek must be the ritzy part of Georgia -- all these homes are gorgeous. Property taxes run around $12,000, HOA around $2,300 yr, and the HS rates 6/10.

Why so many tacky Roman columns in John's Creek? Otherwise, a very nice property.

That was the style if it was built in the 90’s. Many homes across Atlanta and surrounding areas have them. Also, the building companies had many contracts in different neighborhoods.

The fact that the house originally sold for $577K back in 1993 and that is with the land included is a little shocking. The total assessed value for 2020 is $528K on a home selling for $2M is not good. Wire racks in a $2M dollar home? A free standing bathtub with no jets and no hand held? No spa shower, no rainfall shower head, no hand held? No wet bar in the master. No fireplace in the master. No separate sitting area? There is a $1200 free standing bathtub, but you have $25 dollar light fixtures and $10 wire racks. The carpet doesn't look like it was replaced either. Wire racks makes any house look cheap. For $2M my expectations are very very high and the fact that the city doesn't even think that the house is worth $700K is not good when the house is trying to be sold at $2M .

I completely agreed. Wire shelving does not belong in a $2 million home. Hollywood make up lights in the bathroom cheapens the look. Kitchen is underwhelming, too small for the price.

Another home exactly the same as hundreds or thousands of others. Where is the originality? Same white kitchen, same dining room and stairwell off of the entry area, same small bedrooms.

The presentation is not up to the standards of a 2 million, not sure how u price ing this home but people r willing to pay this price are looking for quality finishes not finishes u would find in a 700 thousand home, one give away of this home is the wire closet racks the only room that seemed update closets was the Main bedroom,dated light fixtures, laminated flooring , nice home, but it shows it age,offers are more inline with under a million

Someone please tell contractors that wire shelving and Hollywood light fixtures do not belong in 2.1 million dollar homes. They cheapen the anesthetic. 👎 boo
