Brooks Ghost shoes have been my go-to for years. They’re solid, reliable, and don’t change too much from year-to-year. They’re not as fun and speedy as a snappy race shoe for a fast workout, but they are some of the most solid everyday trainers to put a lot of miles on.
The asics gel cumulus 25 is the one of the best asics out there! So comfortable and just the right amount to where it’s cushioning your foot but not too thick. The colors are also so cute! 🩵
I probably walked millions of steps in my Brooks shoes. They are amazing, but they got holes in the bottom after a while. I got some new Asics Gel Excite 10's recently and love them for running. You actually got me back into running! Used to be a cross country runner in HS, and I'm 30 now. Trying to work off that pandemy weight lol
Mach 5 is my first running shoes and is the reason why I started running. ❤ I also got the ASICS Novablast and they feel very similar with a tad higher stack. I think you'd like them too!
I have Asics Gel Cumulus 26 and can't recommend them enough, actually switched to them after having Hokas (which already says something)- the comfiest shoe for every day running & I ever ran my half and full marathon in them!
i don’t have any of these lolll i have the arahi 7s and they’ve helped my ankle pain sooo much with the support i think, i honestly dk what part of the shoe immediately helped my ankles but the shoe is so good!!!❤
This helps so much thank you I’ve been running in my Nike Alphafly next% 2 for about a year and I want to try hokas sooo bad but you should really try the Alphaflys there soooooo good and pretty comfortable thank you!!!!❤
You should try out Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22(i prefer them over 23)! I am a track and cross country runner and they are perfect for all different types of runs and give just the perfect amount of support.
Near you, there’s a popular store you probably heard of called the roadrunner. If you haven’t already and to everyone else watching this please do yourself a favor and get yourself a free foot analysis! Afterwards gives recommended shoes to run in. Also wonderful employees, my mom has been going there since I was a child and she’s been running for over 20 years trails and roads marathons to ultras. I myself have been there for my own and I love them!
Heyy, so I want to get started with running and I had my eye on the Hoka Clifton 9’s but now that you said you LOVE the mach 5 what would you recommend more for a beginner? My goal is to run 2-3 miles and not only on the street but also on like forestry ground since it’s more common where I live
I’m a competitive high school runner and I’ve never actually owned hocas but I’m definitely considering it for upcoming seasons. Any specific recommendations? ❤

Despite running loads you always seem to have well pedicured feet? Can you do a video showing us girls how you look after them as ours take a besting from running.
