i think so. it means you're always risking your rank which is more exciting than just grinding it. previously you've been in the safe apprentice ranks for like 90% of the series then you skip right to diamond with the massive star bonus, so we don't get very much of that risky feeling.
@@tmdiz4579 He doesn’t at all really, he got to legend in forged in the barrens completely fair and square which was the best f2p series in my opinion. In voyage to the sunken city, which was the last f2p series, he also didn’t cheat. He just didn’t reach legend
I mean, the reasoning is sound. If your cards are of equal power level, and don’t require synergy, Renathal doesn’t dilute the quality of cards you’re drawing. Why not take the extra life?
Not sure how long this is behind: But reminder: The classpacks (like from the single player content) count as separate pack types, so each classpack (for each class seperately) has a separate "reduced pity timer" of granting an early legendary in the first couple of them. So there is a solid chance for easy legendaries when doing the single player adventures.
@@pablovirus I was kind of late, and he hasn't uploaded another one yet :/ . I think it's something Trump should point out directly in the F2P context tbh, even if he doesn't do it himself because that would become repetitive quick. Or just do the classes that he is doing at a time.
This really does help to showcase the handiness of the Shop button being back in the pack opening menu, though the actual buying footage is cut in the video anyway. It's nice for those who are buying 1 pack at a time to game the Legendary timers, particularly free2play players, saves a few clicks and a main menu load, the Shop itself could use some additional convenience improvements but I'm glad they finally brought the button back.
I just want them to put the packs at the top of the shop screen instead of the stuff that we don’t want, I know that it’s good advertising but as a mobile player, it lags like crazy trying to load all the way down to the bottom of the page for my damn packs lol
Interesting how Tour Guide is so good it's an automatic 'sure that's in', which is usually accurate, but picking it over Voodoo Doctor which does the same thing with 1 more attack and doesn't consume a Hero Power use for a turn... I'm sure it was overlooked and it's really not a big deal at all, but never underestimate Voodoo Doctor, apparently.
this comparison isn't entirely accurate, especially with new priest overheal, tour guide can be used to bank a hero power for later to save for an overheal, or just playing it out on turn 1 just to have the 0 mana hero power in the future. If you use the hero power on the same turn, tour guide is worse than voodoo doctor i suppose, but the value it can provide for later turns is significantly better :)
This series is still one of the best hearthstone content around. Trump is happy, viewers are happy, Blizzard is happy. Everyone wins. Well everyone aside from Trump's opponent.

Trump really underestimating the Plagued Grain for Unholy DK, you just have so many corpse spenders the 4 corpses it adds is huge. The 2/2's are mostly just an added bonus to help you go wide and swarm on occasion.
In previous runs, there was an "Episode 0" before the expansion launch, to pick up the easy loot from the previous reward track's first few levels. This is hard mode. Is it intentional, or did Trump just forget it?
Currently you can very easily get tier 1-2 competative deck in the face of Unholy Death Knight, unholy is a bit weaker than blood and frost, but very cheap, better versions run Sylvanas and Blightfang, but you can easily cut one or both of them without losing too much power, a couple of neutrals and you are ready to go
