Loving the 1080p 60 frames per second with recording setting Charlie - looks more real life so to speak Enjoy the driving chats as well so you aren't losing time stopping at work thumbs up.
I little off topic, but you think you might need a haircut mate? Haha not judging you just look like you've been road hard and put away wet. Keep up the good work! 👍 💪
Dont put the blocks up their Charlie please! I was re installing a bad lintel at my house, propped 2 blocks up their for fit and forgot about them. Walked through the door 10 mins later wirh hands full and must have nudged the frame or something. A full size heavy AF dense block landed literally mm away from my head behind me as I just had cleared my way through. Every day is a blessing and their is a lot of gravity in those blocks waiting for someone to accidentally knock them. Just scrap that method 💯 really really bad practice! I shouldn't be alive by about 0.005 seconds. Literally! I was shook! It was chuffing close call lads! Please don't do that Charlie. Site inspector surely pull you in that! Cant believe I didnt mention it first to be honest I was thinking it the whole time. Your a family man now. Make it home safe.

I’m sixty years old now. Been on the brickwork since 16 years old. I’m still laying 500 plus a day without a profile in site. I’m old school I use my level for what it’s purpose is. but good luck too use young people doing this trade it’s hard when you’re a young fella let alone my age. Regards from south London 👍🇬🇧🏴
It’s incentive. You gotta have it otherwise people don’t have a reason to work hard or be an asset anymore. Back in the day, if you worked hard for your day rate you were praised & earnt a reputation, these days it’s not enough. Apparently
I remember those days as well.....When you had a good reputation as a grafter or, good tradesman, your reputation preceded you. We had great camaraderie, and people cared about things and took a pride in things. Not so much these days - unfortunately.
Such a true story we was doing a demolition job on multi story tower block hard graft lads were being lazy so we sold them a whole flat to strip instead of a day rate and let me tell you they tripled some quadrupled there wages weekly was amazing the difference in there work attitude they would even take there lunches up with them in morning to save time when they was on day rate they would be up and down stairs all day for toilet and there breaks you imagine walking up 22 flights of stairs lose lot of man hours
Is it just the camera angle or did you just set that profile on the very edge of that footing? They are a but narrow aren't they? I thought You need 150mm minimum bearing of footings each side of the wall sticking out?
A brickie that makes money everyday is a lier, a brickie that cant clear a weeks wages in one good day is a bigger lier, keep the fairh hods them brickies doing ok
Cant be more fair than that with your lads rember working for bricklayering contracter b 10 maybe 12 years ago and there was 30 of us brickies on different sites had my own vechice never got fuel money but got paid well he was class boss past away b 5 years ago so your lads having your vechie should count them selfs lucky top video top work mate 🧱👌
Do not put blocks on top of your profiles stand that is bad. You could have a pretty big headache if you do that. I work in Australia and we use these profile stands for a long time. All you have to do is extend as long as possible so not in the way the way you go.
