Nobody, including our parents, could really understand our conversations, but they knew from our interactions that WE knew exactly what each other was saying. We left everyone around us in a state of confusion.

I mean she was supposed to find someone better than me right? (Well at least someone better than me in the things I thought were important).. Well she also got an ectopic pregnancy thing... Standard Bryan was a no show.. and I answer the texts and went see her... cause she was feeling bad and long story short I had to pay for the hospital and carry her with internal bleeding in my car in mid pandemic crisis.. I even got white hairs from the whole experience... And later she end up finding another tatooed cool brad. I sometimes feel bad like what did I did to her cause she changed... Anyways women arent always the victims. Pregnancy is a real bastard experience, nothing is certain and people only feed on hopes and dreams... Im beyond trusting people or just hoping for the best.. life sometimes just screws you

Yeah absolutely. My partner suffers from PCOS aswell and we're at the point of discussing families. I found this very insightful of what can happen and that it's ok to be worried. Obviously as men we don't have this conversation and go so long thinking pregnancies are straightforward so I definitely appreciate this video.

I’ve been watching Chris’ videos for years and this honestly warmed my heart. I always liked his videos because he seemed like a genuine nice guy with a normal life who happened to love movies. It’s so incredible that he and Sam are now both parents and it just makes me really happy all around.

Congratulations! Here is the single best piece of advice I can offer as a father of three: Always remember what it was like to be a child and have no control over your own life. Its amazing how few parents seem to do this, though given Chris' background he will probably find this much easier than most! It really helps you relate when the kids tantrum because they didn't want pasta for dinner or something. Give them choices: it builds up their confidence and helps avoid melt downs, even if in their eyes they're just picking the option they hate the least. Good luck!

It’s so crazy seeing where Chris is at now because I remember watching him since 2014 when his review of Edge of Tomorrow came out and watching him since then because his love of movies was something I could relate to since it was the same time I started loving movies just as much as him. I know exactly what you mean. Some of the changes have been for the better tho I will say that, but yeah I didn't really notice how different our daughter looked month to month till earlier today when I looked through the picture books I was wrapping for Christmas presents to family.

you can tell how well they work together by how much chris amps up his wife, lets her tell her story, describes his pride of her effort and survival, doesn't try to overshadow her pain and struggle, and emphasizes his expectations of respect towards her. he's a good husband, and he puts effort into doing so, which is an excellent thing to see.
The true "Dad feeling" kicks in about 3 years after your first child. It takes a while to realize your life is fundamentally different and now includes the kids too. I'm really glad you two are okay after such a difficult pregnancy.

Congratulations to you all. When my first child was born although I was over the moon I kept looking at myself in the mirror thinking 'you're somebody's, dad'. It made me grin but it really didn't seem real. Couldn't get my head round it. I have two kids now and I love being a dad so much that sometimes when they shout 'dad' I pretend I haven't heard so I hear them shout 'dad' again.

Chris, I have bachelors and masters in psychology and child development. Many new parents freak out and come to me with all kinds of questions and I promise the ONLY advice you need is this: Learn YOUR kid. Every child is different so advice anyone gives you may work for your kid or it may not. And with twins, each is different. You may need to parent each different. Having different levels of patience or standards for each child abilities. Throw the rest of pejorative advice out. No one will know your kids like you. Just learn your kid. It’s such a blast to learn how this little one is wired and what they prefer etc. Congratulations
