well i was curious as someone who learns Chinese what that sentence means, so i searched it up: 你是狗吧,摇个法强出来 and it means: "You are a dog, shake out the magic" which i have no idea what it means or what kind of translation did goggle even gave me XDDD
The first part literally means ‘you’re a dog,’ and the second part, 法强, is game slang referring to the totem in the last turn, which adds 1 spell damage and helps to win the game. This whole sentence can either be purely insulting or a form of a compliment. Personally, I think it’s a compliment because there is no reason for being angry at the streamer when that person is not even the opponent
