Am always a bit scared to do a masterboard, but you make it look so easy. Loved the different colour combinations you chose. They almost look too pretty to cut up 💙🦋

Because there’s no “right” way to make a masterboard, I find it quite freeing. I can just glue papers down willy-nilly and, after cutting it into smaller shapes for tags or journal cards or tuck spots or whatever, it always ends up with great-looking pieces. It allows me to be imprecise to good result. And I also love the way these came out! Just go for it, and don’t let your inner critic intrude.❤

I love to make masterboards. One thing I like to do is, take all the offcuts of scrapbooking paper or printed digitals that I've used in a particular project and use them to make a masterboard which I can then cut up for tags, journal cards etc. They will match the project beautifully and can be further collaged or left plain.

Hi Kari. Hope you are getting some good rest. I like the music! Some people think it’s distracting but I have ADHD so I say Bring on the Distractions 😂😂😂 I love making master boards too. Your are always gorgeous!

These are great. What I'd do is scan it before cutting it up so I could print copies for background papers. I scan all my purchased scrapbook papers too.
