A New Powerful Ring Is Coming With Osseous! 

Not the most exciting video, BUT! I have a new one that should hopefully be out tonight too! Figured I would cover this while it was new.

kind of whack considering they just released the other ring a couple of weeks ago, i was expecting them to release an attachment(like heart of the berserker etc) to make it better rather than a separate ring entirely

They should just let us combine both with a Heart drop to have both effects on a higher stat ring

This does not pertain to the majority of players that still after years dont have alot of needed questing or skills done.

Should've been x10 Moonstones + Heart Of Undying = Warlocks Ring +30 Necromancy +5 Prayer / 3% Chance for Summons to Crit on attack - Enchantment Of Catastrophy +2% increase etc. might be busted once 4th conjure is out, 3 conjures would technically have 1 out of 10 attacks out of the 3 to crit, while the 4th would be like 1 out of 9.5, in theory With Invoke Bones, that would help A lot of damage scaling with the ring too.

I think the addition of quests alongside the boss makes sense, especially with the expansion to areas and content that exists. Lore-wise having some explanation for a new creature helps the world be more cohesive

Looks like it's gonna be a player personalized style.. Some will want volly Some will want necrosis dump.. Edit:necro stacks might be good for people that use 1 finger too many and lose adren

Honestly feels like a cop out. Pets are cool and all. but its a copy paste of a ring you already have. Was expecting you to need to grind some slivers again from zammy dungeon. Or maybe the ring would have a cool effect that combined your minions into a possesed skelletal zombie.

My account has been maxed for a decade almost at this point and I still don’t do anything above tier 80 boss wise lol, except for a couple exceptions. But I only play mobile these days

No lol reaver will still be far superior, unless you are an ironman then zorgoth or this ring might be good options

The soul ring gives a 5% chance of a soul, which is 150% damage in a volley. This gives 10% chance at 1/3 of a free finger of death, which is 300% damage. So in one way, that's a 10% chance at 100% damage, which is more than a 5% chance of 150% damage. No idea how effectively it will work in practice (in an actual rotation and with the soul/necrosis caps in place), but based on this it could be good.

I wouldn't mind this competing for BIS. I would be dissapointed if it's anything less to be honest. I don't mind niche rings though, making this a ring that's only optimal when you're fighting the undead or visa versa sounds like a cool idea.. Really excited to see what this ring will give us!

Zorgoths Soul Ring is still way too new why is there a new necro ring already don’t make us choose between the two make it an upgrade like all the other Rex matriarchs did

I feel like if zogroth ring increased souls cap by 1 making it 6 and if occultist ring reduced cooldown of touch of death and increase stacks cap it would have been way better

Yes... Hermod and rasial were very engaged bosses due to the quest. Not the fact that plates were needed for the nexro armour and the fact that rasial makes anyone a billionaire. Nope not that, a quest? No sense in those quests

We don't need more quests!!! We have over 300 quests!!! For the love of God stop. Or at least take out some pointless old usless quests.

They definitely should make the rings combinable. It doesn't make much sense that they just added Zorgoths ring and then this ring and you have to choose which effect you prefer. You kinda want both effects. Maybe the idea behind the new dungeon is to add a upgrade to combine the rings, it would be a cool idea. Either way, unless this boss is really good GP, then I probably won't fight him much.

I’m a comp player, PVM would be better if the drop rates were complete bullshit. Very hard to stay motivated in a game when you get 0 drops in over a thousand kills.

I don't think this will be bis tbh. I don't want to leave my dps to "chance". I'd rather just have the flat 5% crit from reavers.

I'm not too worried about people milking it. After all it doesn't even have udders! Like always, the drops will find an equilibrium price that makes sense to the player base.

Who cares if it gets milked though? That's literally every item in the game. Ironmen get something to work towards, thats all that matters for me.

Necrosis boosts over souls isn’t the best. Usually you have enough stacks to finger whenever you want, but it would be an interesting swap once you have full souls and for at the end of living death to get that gap smaller/use t95 faster

ah great another ring, so my reaver ring which i can't sell is now going to become borderline obsolete whilst it's already a problem having to use a damn switch for a luck of the dwarves, rs3 killed itself and its not really going to recover it doesn't matter what updates they try to add. there's always some new shit to ruin shit that you already own which is untradeable so you can't even get anything back for it when its shelved. fuck osseous, fuck jagex, and fuck their shit updates dead content, dying economy and stupidly overpriced bond. every new piece of content being locked behind a new bullshit quest is why i dislike their updates, FUCK THE FORT FORINTHRY AND THE STUPID QUESTLINE. FUCK VORKATH TOO.

The keys for different pets is adorable, might actually be able to engage with this boss by looks of it and try for pet Can’t get a single rasi kill, don’t think I’ll ever get miso haha 🪦
