12:11 for people that aren't in the loop, this is most likely teasing the next DLC being Blundercover, Cogware's first game, and a game that was teased before the Shipwrecked overhaul
AAAAAAAA YESSS SOMEONE PLAYING THE NEW UPDATE AND YEAH!! :D WE ARE GETTING A SW DLC!!! : D THIS UPDATE DEFINITELY SEEMS TO BE TEASING WHAT'S TO COME IN THE DLC!!!! :DD OH AND HERE'S WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE MAPS IF YOU'RE INTERESTED!!! :DD Labs - This map was actually an unused map from the *Legacy Edition* of the game believe it or not ^^ It was going to be a chase sequence where you were chased by Blot (You can actually still find the old unused Legacy Version of Blot out of bounds ^^ He was actually going to have a gimmick where he was going to shapeshift fun fact! :D There are two different unused models for him from Legacy for that reason, one that's just a really really long neck with the legacy version of his head and one that's a spider version of Blot! :D) though it was unfinished before even Legacy was released ^^ Using UUU in the legacy version of the game you can actually trigger the unfinished chase sequence fun fact ^^ This April Fools update actually updated this map, as well as multiple other unused maps!!! :D It also removed Spider Blot so you can't trigger the chase unless you downpatch or play Legacy now ;w; Bucky didn't have the dialogue before or his bloodshot eyes, the map didn't even have all the horrifying sounds and visual effects ;w; Layer1Empty - This actually is an older version of the game, seemingly from before the Town Hall was added! This was updated just like Labs, since before the map from what I've heard didn't even have a player character making it unplayable before ^^' Husk was also in front of The Theater before the update interestingly enough! ^^ The update added the audio of Husk too, definitely hinting at what's to come ^^ These maps aren't the only unused maps updated, other ones such as Layer2MarkHouse and Layer3Hospital were also updated as well! Mark's house now has rather interesting dialogue from Bucky if you wanna see what he says ^^ Hospital used to have all the Starlings's models floating in the map though now they've been removed and interestingly brand new audio plays in the area now :o The update also interestingly *added* a couple new unused maps too! :D Like CutsceneOffice and ZCutsceneDepths, the ladder being the most interesting ^^ It actually was the map used for the Plaza map video on Stumbler's channel, VERY interestingly having fully written dialogue that Bucky says upon walking into the area :o I definitely recommend checking these maps out if you want! If you don't, don't fret, Prav2in, a fellow editor of the wiki has uploaded all of these on their channel ^^ So if you don't wanna go through all these maps Prav's videos have you covered! :D Moving off the subject of maps, here's an Easter egg you can actually find in that area with the tape ^^ Remember how the tape asked if you're aware you're being watched from above? Type in 'toggledebugcamera' into the UUU command prompt, and head towards the tallest building. Then type in 'teleport' into the command prompt and this will teleport Bucky to wherever your curser is pointed. Type in 'toggledebugcamera' again to go back to controlling Bucky, and then finally talk to Chief Wulf. For people who don’t know what the labs is: The labs is an unused room in the legacy version of Shipwrecked 64, it has a what seems to be Blot as a spider (Probably a test that scientists done to Rex when he was turned into a Starling) chasing you down, you have to escape him, you will know when he is near because the music speeds up when he is close to you. Plus it probably was going be the end of the game since there is a door that takes you to the credits. The thumbnail reminds me of when yandere simulator wasn’t problematic and a content creator would post a video with a thumbnail like that when it updated
I'm a little sad this stuff isn't always in the game but maybe you have to change the date on your computer to April 1st, if that doesn't work then that sucks even more. Edit: I tried to change my computer's date and nothing happened. :|
