I'm so looking forward to watching you play through this, it's my favorite game of all time, and it's a joy to see it again through new eyes. If only chat would stop spoiling things! The tree reveal was supposed to be at the very very end of the game. I guess it's just part of streaming
The PC port does adjust saving a little, but how it works in the original game is: Song of Time permasaves you, no matter what you've saved your progress from previous cycles. Owl Statues are quick saves, but when you load one, it vanishes. So if you load it and then turn off your console, you have to start back at the beginning of that cycle. Also "Rewind" wasn't an option on the title screen. I believe with the PC port, owl statue saves are made permanent (unless you hit rewind on the title screen) and autosaves (when you see the owl face in the bottom right of your screen) act like owl saves. I really enjoyed watching this! I love your energy with the game, you aren't afraid to just explore and be playful. I'd love to catch you live playing it at some point!
Decided to revisit these streams, ah the memories, this is post animal well, it was kind of a dissapointment, so i need some good puzzlin. (Omfg the fuckin redeems dude)
I love hearing about people playing this game for the first time. It's really divergent from OoT's more traditional story. MJM is like a huge success indie game.

18:00 Im pretty sure you didnt get arrested for no reason because above the hidden police car there is a room that leads to the bacon room and they’re basically trying to catch the person responsible for killing the citizens

Just like the inspectometer battery and the gems drone, it will appear where you normally find it. After receiving it, you can find the key in the safe.
1:05 - "It also does a great job teaching you a lot of Pizza Tower's movements..." But you forget more than half of movements after finishing this level. But it's the problem of most games in world
