I totally agree with this philosophy of respect for all living things that give their lives that we may live. I abhor wasting food and bad prepared food.

So nice seeing people so passionate about food and their ingredients, I’d love to eat there. And if I do, I’ll really appreciate everything real good because I know that everyone, from the farmer to the chefs, put in lots of effort for each and everyone of my dish.

Dirty Robot even expensive hipster meals which charge high prices for tiny portions which isn't even enough to feed a pet can't beat fried mars bars Im serious, the food may taste great there but won't beat the enjoyment and taste of a fried mars bars or another guilty pleasure

Yeah, he is clearly Scottish o.O To be fair to you though, people who are unfamiliar with the intricacies of certain Scottish accents that aren't in your face stereotypical can be thrown a little by middle class + Edinburgh accents. They do still sound Scottish, but they're so gentle that some people mistake them for being a variety of English. You can tell particularly, though by the flatness of the vowels in the speech that characterise it as Scottish and the rhoticity. Source: Get accused of being English all the time when I grew up in the middle of real life Trainspotting.

@@shestewa6581 Haha, there's some irony in people from Scotland's own capital not being 'Scottish' enough for people to realise they are actually Scots…
