When my daughter was little, she would ask me who the people was next to us on at red lights. I would make up names. The she would ask where they were going and I would make up stories about where they were going. She thought I knew everyone. Lol. We had so much fun with that.

I went to Kmart and bought her jeans. I remember years ago when they had the blue light specials. It was great times. Kmart shouldn't have gotten involved with Sears and done better with vendors and prices.

Well I learned a new word today. Tyvm! My sister and I started making up stories for people we see. Like she owns a trendy dress shop and he's a pilot. Hes having an affair. Sheknows it but she likes their lifestyle so she puts up with it. They have 3 daughters blah blah blah.

Yes that dresser is good quality wood. Not particle board crap that’s been being made presently that falls apart in less than a year. The joint of the drawer is called a dovetail joint. I used to work for custom furniture maker. Also went to vocational school for carpentry/cabinet making. 🙂🙂

I used it for the first time yesterday for chicken lol it worked so that's a plus! But I think mostly I got it for Avalina to be able to cook stuff without burning the place down or burning herself...

Just something about thrift stores...,it’s like taking a trip back to my childhood (I’m 34) seeing all that old school stuff from the touch o matic to the vhs tapes and even the old house phone! I definitely would have bought that scrap book!!! I used to have one of those old desk/chair combos. My mom used to collect McDonald’s toys when we were little

kim kim kim...... makin me feel so old!!! jaclyn smith was one of the original charlies angels in the 70s/80s. her line is from kmart, so its nothing to brag about, but even at her age, she is still a beautiful woman. so sad you didn't get the blue floral skirt. would have been easy to have taken in to fit. most dry cleaners have or know of seamstresses that can take stuff in and its not that expensive.

Omg that Pampered Chief thing is memories! It came with bowls that we would fill with Juciy Juice and freeze then put into the top of that and turn it. It made shaved ice! My sister and I loved that thing soo much lol.

New Jersey has awesome thrift stores! It's very addicting. Some days you find nothing special and other days are spectacular finds. It's so easy to impulse shop. Lately I've been only buying what I really love. So either I love and buy it or leave it behind.

I love thrift stores! I love the random pricing! Sometimes goodwill does the same thing you know it’s from the dollar tree and they mark it up for more than a dollar and you’re like really??? I love Disney pins! If I find a good deal on them I snatch them up since they’re so expensive! Even if I don’t like them you can trade with cast members for ones you do like!! I did that last time we went and it was so fun! Hoping to go next year?

The board games section had Telestrations! One of my favorites, it's basically telephone + pictionary where you draw something, pass it in a circle, the person guesses what it is, pass again, then the next person draws the previous guess until it makes it all the way around. It's always hilarious.

I've learned not so long ago about Kybbe's body types, it's a tool that stylists uses and it as helped me save money and make better purchases now that I know what truly fits me. I spent $5 on a ⛲ got at thrift, lasted about 4months before I had to replace the air pump, only paid $7 for that, it's working as good as new, very relaxing, easy to get into meditation.
