I can't ever give up gluten. Vegan, no problem. Vegan and gluten free, no way. Every time I eat bread my stomach gets upset but I keep on eating it. 25 years ago they told me to stay away from gluten. I bake my own artisan bread every other day and eat the whole thing then pay for it.

Gluten free suggestions, you can reduce gluten by using flour made from grain sorghum/Milo, oats, flax and other grains which will be costly because most common place to purchase is Whole Foods...by using these and millet flours you can eliminate gluten however the final product will be less tasty as gluten foods. Lots of practice ahead.

You can use puff pastry to make pizza! Always nice to have on hand. Regarding the cost, you bought many extras that you probably wouldn’t buy regularly so $250 might be enough. Hard for a foodie, for sure!

Hello Samantha! I wanted to mention to you something that my hairdresser told me. Each time that I need to get my hair cut, I need to explain the challenges they'll have, as I'm permanently losing all of my hair. Because I'm not in the same place each time, I have to keep repeating my issues. Anyhooo, 😊 she asked what medication I'm taking, putting in my system, as it effects the loss, speed of etc. If you are having facial injectables and any other fluids injected, have you realised that that is going into your bloodstream, therefore hair, nails skin also get its efffects. Have you been advised about this Samantha?
