You're very welcome Olive :-) Yes, even though I don't struggle with ROCD, the tools still apply for non-rocd relation ships. Most people are looking for certainty in their marriages. All we can change is ourselves!
I have rocd my fears are rooted in self doubt and fear of myself losing love and feelings for my partner etc …I think your views are really interesting and I do agree with them
What if you have kids and you don’t want to be separated from your kids, no one ever talks about kids being involved especially if you love them with all your heart and will hurt and your children hurt from being separated
