Thank you so much for watching! Norvin Green State Forest is one of our favorite places to hike in New Jersey. We have plans to feature more hikes here soon.
That was quite a lovely and challenging hike! Now I want to go, but I just had a medical procedure, and I need to stay close to civilization. Maybe tomorrow. Thanks for sharing.
😆You'll knock it out of the park tomorrow for sure! We do like a good challenge and this one did not disappoint. Thank you for watching, commenting and making us smile! 😊
Another hike i have to put on my ever growing list. It looked fun though go up that steep and rocky section. You got a clear day to see the skyline of NYC. Norvin Green is an interesting little area. Never heard of it until i watched your roomy mine video.
@@travelingRonman I have a couple more thoughts on highlighting Norvin Green. I’m hoping we can get them in between our last two Connecticut hikes next month. I’m really pleased to have introduced you to a new area of Jersey. Thanks for watching and we enjoyed your livestream yesterday.
I liked how you showed on the map where you were hiking. Three miles doesn't sound bad, but that was really rocky which always slows you down a bit. It looked like a great summertime hike with all the shade and fun to scramble on the rocks.
@@hikingoutdoorfamily And you could shorten it even more by just going to one peak if you wanted. We saved the stone living room for the end but of course you could just go straight there in the beginning too. We had the whole trail to ourselves that morning which was really nice. Thanks for watching!
My GoPro 8 Black did manage to pick up the skyline. I love the GoPro, but it sucks for zooming in. And my iPhone 8 sucks too! I'm looking to upgrade the phone to iPhone 15 Pro Max and then maybe I'll be able to get a nice zoom while videoing. But I need to wait until Verizon offers it with a trade-in of my 8. It is indeed a nice challenging hike and doesn't take up your whole day either. Thanks for taking the time to comment. We really appreciate it!
@@krohikinghappens500 I used to have the iPhone 8. My next phone was the 15 pro and it’s what I’m currently using. The camera is very good. I use it for closeups and a lot of other shots. Honestly, it’s probably the only camera you will need for videos unless you want underwater shots.
