I am an ER nurse. I hook the ear loops together in the back of my head. One of the doctors I work with cut off the ear loops and put a key ring loop in their place. Of course, since it has an exhalation valve, I wear a surgical mask over it so I cover the exhalation valve to protect my patients. I change the filter weekly.

They refuse to allow a return and refund for mask sent to freight forwarding company, even when I told them I can't import it into my country due to PPE ban.
