I was thinking at one time to turn my hobby of making hard cider into a business and thought Luke that. I should have my own apple orchard. But while studying up on it, I realized that is a full time profession as well as the cider making. A person can't do both as well as one would like.

Do you realize that human socializing instinct makes us want to believe in something larger than ourselves. 100K years ago, that was the tribe. Then it was God. Now you have just substituted God with a strange desire to "save the animals". And just like the Catholics you self-flagellate yourself by denying a natural instinct. Then you congratulate yourself for your self-discipline. And like the missionaries, you feel compelled to go out and preach. Then relish in those who disagree with you because it gives you a feeling of superiority; that they cannot handle the sacrifices that you make. You are just living out your instincts. God bless ya.
