Last night, Niki had a close encounter of the furry kind: she was walking Charlie around our yard and was confronted by a full grown mountain lion. She and Charlie came screaming into the house; Niki was very scared while Charlie wanted to go back out and start a fight with the big cat.
We sat down by the fireplace and were talking about the mountain lion when we looked out the window and saw this bear looking into our house at us. Yes, a “peeping bear”! (I should have warned him about that mountain lion.)
