It was in Mughal kitchens that the elegantly subtle pulao was introduced to the Indian. Pulao is made through the 'absorption method'.
The Pulao is one of the popular food in indian as well as in bengalis. Most of the bengali people like Pulao. They like to eat this food mainly in the festival days. They also prepare this food when their guests come at homes. However, I am preparing White Mutton Pulao and Mutton Bhuna at my village house in a easy process. Truly this food is very much delicious and tasty.
