Everytime I watch a video from you, I’m always seeing new tech. Like how after Snake Pit or Snake Bite, I forgot which is which, you can activate Heat and get a full combo off them.

i love it when cheap players like asuka get smoked. she tried every usual dirty asuka trick in the book. also any advice for me playing as main bryan? ive reached tekken king and got demoted back to battle ruler because i just dont get enough time to play it and im really bad if ive not warmed up for 4+ hours. when i have fully warmed up i defeat a lot of high rankers and play like a true tekken king.

As a bryan main myself, why does no one use f 4 1? Maybe because im in low ranks, but I always seem to be able to bait people into it, and it's hit confirmable

Dude my bryan gets mopped by any decent character. Right now im on Tenryu and its been very difficult to get to mighty ruler. All the ranks before that, I could simply counterhit them and get big damage to rise up. But now....my opponents are starting to finally understand that they are simply the better character lol. For example, counterhitting is very difficult in the mid range when my opponents just have the better movement or buttons. Like I usually use 3 + 4 or qcb1 to get those ranged counters. But qcb1 is duckable...and gets ducked like everytime, and 3 + 4 is very slow and I find my self getting hit before it reaches them. When that doesnt work, I usually start trying to set my counters up from the inside, like doing 1 into f3 or doing b1 into f3 and sometimes changing up my timing, sidestepping, doing f corner 2 or d2, or grabbing depending on how they react to those things. However I dont know if its just that I am not that good, but my counter set ups dont seem to work. If that happens I usually try mix ups, going d3+4 or qcb3 after doing certain moves plus on hit and doing orbitals, d2's, and b1's interchangeably once they've been conditioned. Depending on how the fight progresses, I jump from phase to phase here and there. That's my flow chart that for the most part works. The only issues or things that I find myself reaaaallllyyyyyy struggling against is......power crush, heat burst, and.....grabs lol. I can't count the amount of times I get literally countergrabbed out of EVERYTHING that I throw out. It's to the point that I get literally scared to continue fighting proudly because once I throw something out and they grab, it seems like the grab beats out everything that I go for. I try ducking at that point to avoid them, but I don't have a reliable way to get damage off from countering in that position unless im using "left upper" or "snake rampage" and.....those get blocked easily and once they i use them and are very punishable since most characters have fast counterhitting launchers. I just genuinely feel lost playing Bryan tbh. Like I wouldn't say im the worst tekken player in the world. I watch tons of guides and do tons of labbing to make sure that I am at least decent, but it always seems like I am so far away from the person that I am fighting and always trying to catch up if that makes sense. All the guides that I watch on bryan have the common theme of, "Just react bro" or, "just learn taunt set ups bro"....but reacting is alot harder said then done as Ty Tekken says in his guide which i thoroughly agree with, which results in you trying to "guess" more than react really, and taunt set ups are to be frank, useless in neutral, has an aspect of "guessing" when it comes to wall play trying to "predict" if they'll ukemi (which they dont, they either wait or get up to mash lol), and all in all just really really hard to pull of in the heat of the moment (Im looking at you taunt jet upper and taunt b1 into jet upper lmfao). In tekken 7 I was a lars main so I am not new to struggling against top tiers, but bryan......shit kinda seems less of a "struggle" and more of an "impossibility" in certain scenarios. So.....any tips lol??? Criticism is welcome, if im trash then I am trash but let me know how I could do better genuinely please. I will say that if you say "learn taunt set ups" I might just ignore you though because bro.....I lab that shit for like two hours a day, its just not happening lol.
