No, Personally, i haven't thought of Bran riding a dragon... I thought of his "flying" of be him being able to turn into a raven and fly anywhere he really thinks he wants to go.
Bran once had a vision of a boy carving arrow shafts from Weirwood. Tipped with a dragonglass arrowhead, could one of these pierce Viserions scaly undead hide and - by way of the Wierwood - break through any psychic firewall? Allowing Bran to channel his Greenseer/Warg power from a safe distance, via the very same tree in the Godswood at Winterfell from which the arrow was made. The feathers on this theoretical arrow are fletched from pure tinfoil, of course, but...Winterfell will be under seige soon enough ; )
It makes sense, that he can control Deaneris' dragons too. Maybe she will be hurt in a battle, fall of a dragon or be unconscious. Damn, he can even save her with her own dragon !
Douggie Harrison my hope is that he does. Tyrion once said he has a soft spot for cripples, bastards, and broken things. I see the broken thing in this case being Viserion. Tyron might be able to ride Viserion as long as Bran can warg into that dragon.
dydxisgrad idk, I feel like it would be weird to not have the third Targaryen ride one. I still believe his mother is Tywin's wife, but the Mad King raped her and she gave birth to Tyrion as a result.
dydxisgrad if only Jon (Aegon) and Dany (the only two confirmed Targaryens) ride the remaining two dragons, so be it. Technically, Bran already flew (via warging into raven) which was what the previous Three-Eyed Raven assured him.
Brans powers are getting more powerful....his legs may not work but his starting to stretch his mental powers. The original three eyed raven said that you could take control of another beast an if you stayed too long you would be the beast as a second mind. He also said no seer could control humans....he did that with oldo. The night king will have stretched his control over the dead so making him weaker....possible

And if he means you will fly as in when he wargs he will fly but he will never walk then that is not true as he does walk when he wargs Hodor. I take it to mean that he will literally fly.
