Good morning to all. Another great and moving meditation this morning. I have been surrounded by a lot of negative energy this week. Some I unintentionally invited...some not. Vibrations are real. So today was much needed. I needed to return to my truth and re-center. Especially today because it is my birthday. I had to make sure I generated positive energy today. Thank you for assisting me with this today. Good vibes, ya'll. Only good vibes.

It's midday here and I am having some trouble at work. I generally fear positivity because I always fear something bad happening. So I really needed this meditation in the middle of work to remind myself that positivity comes naturally within me and that I should not be afraid of it. Thank you!
