@@alicecarr9085 what about the countless pairs of “garden” shoes they buy every trip or new season at home. It’s just a lot of new stuff for every trip and they go away often so it’s not a once or twice a year thing
Some lovely holidays bits! You and Atticus must have so many clothes! You are very lucky! Maybe do a spring clear out and take some of the ones you don’t wear now to a charity shop or homeless charity. Does Atticus not like to choose his own clothes now he is getting older? Why do you buy new stuff for every trip/occasion..? I remember you bought 14 or so all new outfits for Florida. And like nothing from your already well stocked wardrobe? Ok, the UK is a different climate. But, they were all lovely. If I liked something enough to buy, I’d wanna wear it again and again…
@@danford875 Because fast throwaway fashion has a huge environmental impact? One garment can use thousands of litres of water, causes global emissions, uses microplastics and a lot ends up in landfill etc etc.
Enjoy in Cornwall Julie. We love Cornwall and have been going there since 1996. We go to Kennack Sands on the Lizard Peninsula. Beautiful place. Visit the numerous artists galleries in St. Ives. You'll love it there. Have a fantastic time ❤❤
please think of the environment :( i enjoy your videos but you seem to waste a lot. fast fashion is destorying the planet. Look into a timeless capsule wardrobe or at least buy from more sustainable companies as it seems you have the funds to now. throwing away shoes after 7 days just seems such a waste.

Yay!! I'm so glad you're going to St Ives, you'll love it! I try to go once a year, as I have such wonderful memories from going as a child. Love seeing the clothes from the stores that you shop at, as i will be over on holiday from Australia soon and seeing these makes me want to shop there.
I know its no ones business, but the comments section is open. The amount spent on shopping shopping shopping for every trip away. Just remember.....some day no one will be interested in you and you will have to go out and get a job. Just sayin....save some money while you can. Ninety percent of the comments here are negative and that is a sign.
I just want to reply to my own comment. I meant no harm whatsoever. Its not just Julie, a number of other youtubers who once had hundreds of followers are now seeing their numbers drop, as people move onto others. I would hate to see her at age 60 or 70 having to go out to work, after having money in her younger years. But....to each their own.

They don't even know if you renew your wardrobe by time to time or give your clothes for charity! If I were you I did not care about what people say!
The criticism on this channel is unreal🤷♀️can’t understand why people do this at all🤷♀️you know what Julie does and quite simply if you don’t like/ enjoy it why not just follow others on your own wavelength🤷♀️. You do you and let others do the same😊 it’s very simple. Many enjoy Julie’s videos and whilst some may see it as excessive she’s not asking any of us to foot her bills is she? Yes us watching does pay Julie which in turn lets her shop as she does…but if you don’t like it don’t be an enabler surely that makes sense🤷♀️
