Dude. Thank you for the hours of entertainment. I love this game and have not ventured out of my comfort zone only playing sorc/hammerdin/ Javazon. Watching those vids make me want try something new
No problem! I'm glad my videos make people happy. You should totally try other characters they can be a ton of fun. Fishymancer, Trapsin or Wind Druid would be about the same power through the game as those chars.
Dude I've said that before but I absolutely love your videos. I am doing the same thing, chilling with ssf hardcore on console, but an xbox series s and it's sooo fun. Currently doing a fire druid so it was fun to see :) Like the style and your humour also. Great job!
The most annoying thing with fire druid (Fissure) is to kill single targets. It scales great with large crowds, but is annoying with single targets. I like to make Hurricane/Tornado/Fissure hybrid on hell. It covers immunes, it provides crowd control, and it gives you something to do between Fissure cooldown. Plus one point into Grizzly to keep them busy.
I usually just go for a mercenary + firestorm cause of the synergies. But yeah Nado will definitely work as well. I never go for the bear though. It feels as though you don't have the skillpoints for it. Even at 99 you can't max all the fire skills and get a fully decked out oak sage. Let alone a bear.
@@thenuclearrabbit Grizzly was always damage sponge for me, and helped to keep them focused in one place. You can always go for pure wind druid, as you probably know, but I found that even with incompletely synergized Fissure, it is still great skill to combine with Hurricane/Tornado, as with Leaf runeword it'll give you around 1245-1299 fire damage on character level 82 and then you're coming in with Hurricane on top of that and finish the job with Tornado. Addition of Fissure gives you also great ranged attack. At least for me, that's the best way to get druid through SSF in late game.
Was wondering if you deliberately left out oak sage, I know sometimes you like to stick to one skill tree, but not taking oak seemed a bit extreme for untwinked hardcore. Another great video dude
Thank you for the kind words! No, I just straight up forgot, you need so many points for the fire skills that I was just focused on that. During hell I was like "why is this char so squishy, the other ones didn't feel like that." and in hell act 4 I finally put 2 and 2 together. After this run I do think it's doable though, could be a fun few challenge runs.
Love these runs man. Keep it up. I love the challenge. My first hardcore fury druid of season 3 found 2 gulls in 2 runs of countess. So I had to make a dual dagger barb. But then a friend started to play so I made a summon druid to play along. Sadly he died at diablo with one gull. Then my barb died with the other gull. Now I'm gulless😢 and playing a fire druid lol.
thank you for the video! solo self found is actually my favorite mode and fire druid is my favorite char! you should try a hybrid with summons and fissure(strongest fire skill)/volcano, lots of fun! how did you find armageddon? i think the range is still very small and too risky for my taste.
No problem :) glad you enjoyed it. Fire druid is one of my favs as well! Fire/summon druid is on my list so will get done at some point :) I thought it was very good. If it got bigger range I think it would be so powerful it would become unfun.
Fire Druid is my favorite caster in the game. The spells are so thematic and look so wild and crazy. You also get to spam like 4 skills instead of 1 like most builds.
Fire druid is very fun though it's one of my fav specs in the entire game. I have full trangs prepped and ready to start recording after the current recordings finish up :)
Nicely done. Breath of fresh air after trying out the D4 open beta. Very disappointed in Blizzard but at this point it's my fault for expecting anything decent. I tried hardcore Druid and Necro. Underwhelming. The skill trees and open world are an improvement over D3 but the world feels empty and the itemization just isn't as good as D2.
I didn't have a single moment to play in either of the beta weekends. I'm just insanely busy right now up to like the second week of april. I'm also not much of a beta guy, I dno, just give me the finished product when it's done. I will be playing/trying/recording D4 at some point though.
@@thenuclearrabbit i googled it before and got nothing. Then i asked you and decided to google it again and the answer stared me right in the face. Was it that simple?, Is it in the help info ingame? Did i not see it?, gonna double check later if I have the time.. Thanks for the reply, I'm gonna try it out 3days from now👍. I gotta plan in my game time now that I have kids🤷♂️😅
I don't know exactly anymore but I believe it took me about 15-16 hours total. Nothing to bad, it slowed down a bunch in hell but you just blaze through norm and nightmare.
I usually move on to the next char after beating baal. The fire druid was really fun! I also really enjoyed recording the bladesin. Fav build overall is probably a frenzybarb.
@@thenuclearrabbit yeah if dragondin didn't exist, fire druid would easily be my favorite fire class in game lol but just recently built my dragondin on hardcore and loving it lol
