Option B. I feel like a separate channel is not necessary because your car content is part of what you do Out On The Ranch. I like the idea of having it all together in one video. Keep doing what you do.
@nataliegraham9552

And easy to group them however he wants by creating playlists as well. Anyone who wants to dive into car content only can kick off the playlist for the project they want to watch.

C, but only if it doesn’t cause you to neglect this channel, as I love seeing your updates about the family, Ranch, and wildlife!!! It’s one of my favorite channels on RU-vid along with some guy you might know named Matt, lol. Would love to see a series on resurrecting the Ol’ Blazer and learn more about your other beauties. Any ideas on a name? Shop time with Dr Lee? Out in the Barn? Or………….Build it Stronger with Dr Lee…That would be an amazing tribute to Mark. I’m sure whatever you decide on will be awesome!

This comment resonated well with me. Would be a wise choice when taking the growth of the channel into consideration. Wouldn't have to be only about cars and those types of videos would be much more attractive to a wider choice of sponsors as well as other content providers to do collaboration videos with. Separate channel may be a wise business choice for many good reasons.

A is fine. I'm not into repairs, but don't object to seeing what you do. Never know, might come in handy when dealing with mechanic! Recently I was going to bring my Honda insight for a slight clunking noise at low speed. I took mechanic for a quick ride to demo. He was thinking bearings or perhaps brake. Before the appt date, some old brain cells said Hey, remember that time your Wrangler was doing that? Turns out after tire rotation, some lug nuts were not properly tightened. Shore 'nuff, popped the cover off and one was loose. Tightened it and no more noise!

Option B sounds good to me; I'm not super interested in all the mechanicals of auto repairs, but I am highly interested in the progress on that Blazer, mostly because of your history in trying to get it before it was allowed to decay so badly. I watch Matt's auto mechanic/racing videos just to help support his channel, but sometimes I just let them play in the background while I'm doing something else, because after he runs a series of videos like that in a row, it gets boring for me. So, once a month, in-depth videos sounds great to me.

A, B, or C... doesn't matter to me because I'm watching your videos based on the great narrator you have become. For me, all your content is terrific. Dr. Lee - I remember (from about 15 years ago) an exclusive group of skunks (all skunks in the immediate area) near the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant's training center that were all (no exceptions that I saw) mostly white with a single black stripe down the back. 🤠👋Great to hear you have the rains Pops. Here in Alberta it's been very hot and dry, very little rain and many forest fires sadly. Our reservoir levels are low and all the snow is already melted from the Rocky Mountain Peaks much earlier than before. I'm sure by August we will be getting water use restrictions here. Work has been extremely busy which is a good thing, taking advantage of the dry weather. I would enjoy your new channel showing all the 'Car Stuff' you would share with us if you decide to go with option 'C'. The years I lived in Killeen and Austin were my absolute favorite. I was able to build my own house on a police officer's salary, bought a ski boat, and just enjoyed everything . I noticed the weather patterns, especially boating. One or two years of drought, a normal year and a flood year(I almost hit a picnic table in the middle of Lake Belton doing about 50). But times have changed everything. Ft. Hood us no longer Ft. Hood. Austin is beyond recognition, and there are people everywhere! Hope to get back down that way soon. Maybe to the new Demolition Resort. I wish all you guys the best of luck. If you build it, we will come. Never saw a Coral snake, lots of King snakes used to hang around the kennels and a few rattling nope ropes. But thankfully, nothing as a close encounter. Except Black Widows. They're sneaky and got me twice. Not fun! As far as your question, I know I'm not going to be any help, but all the choices are pretty good. I just like seeing you and listening to your talks about life and family and would be happy with any of it. I didn't realize how many cars you actually had(Matt is definately your son). Don't they have a Car Collectors Anonymous somewhere down there? Between the 2 of you, I think an intervention might be needed. I mean, seriously, he had to build a warehouse for his cars! It will be great seeing you, the wildlife, the cars and the family anyway you wish to move foward. Take care sir, be safe. See you soon.

We used to end the night at Coyote Ugly and we would get a suite at the Hilton on the corner of 6th and I35 so we wouldn't have to drive home. We're getting some too, though the creek is still dry. I think there's quite a bit of ground to saturate before the water starts running again. The grass is growing fast though. I've never seen a coral snake here. We've seen rattlers and I've had to chase away a Rat snake in the house. We see a LOT of deer so far this year. Either they've had an abundant population growth, or the word is out in Deerville that my place is the place to be! It's nice to see the trees filled out and the meadows looking so green. Good for the wildlife. Here in Southenr California is looking the same. We had beautiful wildflowers this year.

B. Or A. Creating a whole new channel seems like a lot of extra work & effort? I’m not necessarily a ‘car buff’, but I do enjoy watching the renovations & I always learn something new. Our community isn’t going to make this easy for you…we want you to do what’s best for you! We love you, too! ❤😊

Since I’m not really much of a car person……I choose A…..because I much more enjoy the stories, trail cam videos…..general Dr Lee info. But that’s just me. I’d love to see trail cam videos of the critters on the Abandoned Ranch! Those were Axis deer there?? Should be an interesting variety there! Or is all the things Matt’s going to be doing scaring them off a bit. Would love to see what you are doing there!!! I know I know…..it’s Matt’s videos, but…..you could show what your doing on your own, your the Dad, you have special privileges!!! ❤️❤️ take care Dr Lee!!

Option B, hands down. I say this for two very big reasons... First off is the advantage over option A, in which you'll be able to put out much more comprehensive content specifically about the Blazer. This would also allow you to put the entire series about the Blazer into a playlist on your channel for fans who'd like to binge watch it. Second is the advantage over option C. While I could see a stand-alone channel for mechanical/automotive work on the ranch being popular, I feel like that type of content would still be perfectly encompassed on this channel (we are 'Out On The Ranch' after all... 😜). You've also got a very solid subscriber base on this channel, and it'd be a whole lot of unnecessary work to match that on a new channel. Many of us would certainly subscribe on a new channel and give it a good start, but not 100%. There may be monetization or advertising advantages to a different channel, but I can't speak for anything in that realm as I literally have no knowledge there... I feel like I just gave more than the 2 cents I was asked for, so I'll leave it there. Keep up the great work, and God Bless you sir!

I vote for option B. A "once a month" video about your mechanical fun Out on the Ranch. I'd like to see all of it, not just the Blazer. Muscle car maintenance is always interesting.

Hubby and I both think C - creating a new channel for your vehicles. It could be more specific for those interested (or not), plus give us another channel to follow! :) Whatever you decide, we’ll be watching.

Dr. Lee, as many others have said, I will watch whatever you put out and whichever option works the best for you. Having said that, I think option “C”, a 2nd channel dedicated to all the mechanical work you do on the ranch would be awesome!

Hi Dr. Lee. I will watch whatever content you post, but if I had to choose an option, it would be "B". I enjoy watching you make all the repairs on the Blazer, it's interesting and cool. I also really like the trail cam videos and the updates on your property and the building that is growing around you. But, you do you and I will watch whatever option you decide to chose. :)

Dr Lee, Hubby and I love all your snip-its from past, present, or future. It’s all family friendly and rated G for good and GF for God Fearing. Whichever is best for you my friend is both of our votes! See ya soon! From NW Ohio I forgot to mention my husband recently semi-retired from 50+ years of being what they once called “auto body repairman” now known as auto body tech. He is currently doing a total restoration to a Challenger Convertible for his old boss. I’m not sure of the year. The color is plum crazy. He has many pictures. If there’s a way to share a few with you, it would be a honor.

A would be easiest for you, with a slight difference. An extra video, say about every two weeks for your truck/car updates. If they become very popular can then start a new channel or just keep them going every few weeks. If they aren't popular, you can just stop them. -- all on your one channel. By the way, I watched you helping Matt clear the land on his new acreage and commented that I hope he will set aside a nice chunk for you to build a retirement home, once the humans encroach too much around and on your ranch. Hopefully the humans won't unsettle your life on your ranch, but the plans sound iffy. Of course Matt's land is a whole lot more scrubby than your land. Not conducive to much of the wildlife you have now.

Hi Dr. Lee. I don't know what your analytics are telling you, but my guess is that most of your viewers are here for you, your anecdotes, and the wildlife, etc. The folks that are into farm equipment, muscle cars, and vintage cars, might be a different crowd? If that assumption is correct, I would go with B or C. I happen to like both. I also think keeping it simple is usually the way to go. Which leads me to lean towards B. One channel. People can pick and choose what they would like to watch. That said, I have little understanding of how things like algo's work, and I don't know what that would do to your channel in YT world. Cheers!

Congratulations on the grass and animals doing awesome. I like all your videos but I am also an avid fisherman and gear head so doesn't matter to me how you do the video's. I'll sub to any other channels also. I'm 55 and have been a auto mechanic all my life so the car or truck restoration videos would be awesome. I like how Matt actually gets his hands dirty and works on his stuff but probably learned when he was young by his father.....he doesn't just pay someone to fix it. Can't wait to see how the Blazer is coming along.....
