I just paid the postage for my copy, can’t wait for it to arrive! Do all those extra goodies come with everybody’s copy of the book? EDIT: Ignore me I checked my pledge level (Fire Demon) and I think I will receive the same goodies you have, plus it will be Hardback so even better! It was so long ago I pledged I’d forgotten exactly what I was getting. But the book is great, I’ve been reading the PDF copy that came through on and off for the past few weeks and am already hooked. I’ll try not to read anymore until I have the physical copy in my hands!
