A quick recipe for healthy flaxseed bread without wheat! My family loves it!
INGREDIENTS:
✔️ Flaxseed - 200 gr.
✔️ Cornmeal - 5 tbsp. (with a slide).
✔️ Eggs - 2 pcs.
✔️ Kefir - 1 tbsp. (250ml).
✔️ Salt - 1 tsp
✔️ Honey - 1 tbsp.
✔️ Baking Powder - 10 gr.
✔️ Olive Oil - 2 tbsp.
Bake for 50 minutes. until done, depending on your oven. Check with a bamboo skewer if it's dry then you're done!
Total per 100 grams:
Calories - 275.04 kcal.
Protein - 8.93 g.
fat - 16.72 g.
Carbohydrate - 24.00 g.
