@@alishanmao It's pretty rare to even find rc heli pilots around where I live let alone a factory that actually makes them!

I've been in rc hobby over 30 years. I've yet to find an rc factory in USA. I've never even heard of rc factory in USA. So far, majority of kits/parts made in 1 region of China. some are from Vietnam and if I'm not mistaken, some are from Singapore or Malaysia.

@alishanmao there are factories similar to this in America... but as time has gone on it seems less and less Americans seem to take any kind of pride in creating and / or building things with their hands... and now more and more people simply dont work at all. It's pretty sad really

These assembly line workers, each has their own task and they are trained to do that task only. they do not know any flying :) nor sometimes they have idea what product they are making. they just focus on the task and doing it right as they are trained to do. it can get very boring for hours of jobs.

Thanks buddy. before they used to be transparent. but installing those windows was a headache, and also producing extra parts, packing them in box etc. so FW went with complete shell with colored windows. now if you want transparent windows, you will have to cut and make yourself.

@@alishanmao that the reason that I will not Buy It ... cut ourself windows is not clear and make windshield bubble is too hard

i am hearing this from others too. so sorry that it happened. that is the reason i was telling people who ever asked my advise that they should wait for the campaign to be over and then buy from rc going using bit.ly/3YT8qeF I hope they ship soon because else really no one can trust these kickstarters

@@chrisknight5634 as per my info, FW has sent all the stock in time to kickstarters. if it was FW, why would they not send to kickstart but sell on other sites? When I visit the Factory all the stock they prepared was for the Kickstarter. I do not think its FW buddy. majority of kickstarters campaigns from China are doing same thing and people now are not trusting these.

How can we trust Kickstarter with our money?

it does not have autonomous waypoints app or such. but compass calibration ensures better heading hold during GPS flight modes, auto circle, auto figure 8 flight modes, returning to home etc.

They will need to have Remote ID fitted to all of the exports to the U.S.A - especially after September of this year, if I remember correctly. Otherwise, you will need to exclusively fly at a FRIA (which doesn't exist... yet).

for now there is no such thing for remote ID on RC Helicopters i believe. but once it starts, its gonna kill GPS helicopter business. however you can still fly it without GPS and do not be in remote id requirement. is that possible hahahaha. is this new law only for GPS based RPAS or all RC aircraft regardless they have GPS or not?

@@alishanmao AFAIK, "drones" included RC helicopters. Although, with that being said, the FAA are not clear on that. Because whenever they mention "drones", they are referring to quadcopters & multirotors, mostly. It does send mixed messages, & it's one of the reasons why there is a lot of confusion around Remote ID. As for me, I live in New Zealand (yet I keep up with the whole RID debacle, because I find it fascinating) & I personally need not worry about it. But, for those that do live in the U.S.A, my advice to them is to keep a close eye on what the FAA are requiring them to do, as of late.

​​@@alishanmao, the new usa regulations from the FAA is for all UAVs. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. That means any type of aerial vehicle in which a human pilot is not on board. That's why it doesn't matter if said vehicle is fixed wing, rotary winged, multiple rotors, carries passengers, cargo, equipment or carries absolutely nothing. Neither does the purpose of flight matter. Whether recreational flying just for personal enjoyment, inspecting someone's property as a favor, doing it as an employee, or for business profit. All the FAA regulations must be complied with. So far, the only exception is for UAVs 250 grams or less, don't have to comply with a certain requirement. At this moment i can't remember if it's registration numbers attached to uav or remote identification known as RID. Somebody please feel free to clarify the only exception for sub 250g UAVs. 1 major reason for all the confusion here in USA is the very bad habit of many people using the same word interchangeably. Many keep repeating the term"drone laws". There are no drone laws. It's FAA UAV regulations .
