Nah Ardern has one good quality that Trudeau lacks. If she sensed the wind blowing against her and the public was really up it arms about a proposed policy she would very quickly backtrack. I have seen a lot of prime ministers governing NZ during the 62 years I have lived here and I think Jacinda has been one of the best. Remember that while Jacinda was dealing with the Christchurch massacre, navigating New Zealander's through a global pandemic (her government's covid strategy was the envy of many countries) and the White Island tragedy, National couldn't even find a competent leader for their party.
