super proud of you abi! just remember that things scream when they're dying and when your brain gets loud it means you are doing the right thing. you've got this lovely
Today I’m going to all in, so I want to say thank you! Because your videos are amazing and helpful. I always thought that recovery all in sounds so unreal for me, but I actually want to be free. I’m really grateful to you!!!
WOWIE YOU ARE AMAZING! Please remember that you have so much strength in you, more than you’ll ever know. You have the power to beat this disorder and I’m SO PROUD of you for going all in. You deserve that freedom and now, you are on your way there. I’m genuinely so happy that these videos have been helpful to you. I’m here to support you and I wish you the best of luck ❣️❣️❣️
Ooo it would definitely taste good with peanut butter! I ate a lot of other fats throughout the day so by following my cravings, it seemed to balance out :)
Thank you so much for this, i just went into town today to challenge myself and get an understanding as to what i feel comfortable with in recovery right now being all-in, as it stand i still got lots of anxiety and choice paralysis when trying to pick a cafe/food to get while i was in town and because it's been such a long time since i'd eaten by myself and so i l'm reflecting on it and on thursday I am gonna make myself a dinner to take with me (like i do on my work days as i work at a nursery 3 days a week) and have that instead so that I can challenge the eating alone fear and still have something nourishing and yummy.
That’s amazing. Well done for attempting to challenge yourself. It can be so difficult choosing where to eat and what to eat when you have a disorder. That fear is usually rooted in perfectionism and feeling the need for the food to be perfect and align with the disorder. Well done for trying, you now know more of your triggers. Bringing food to eat alone sounds like a great step in the right direction! Soon you’ll be choosing cafe’s and food in no time just keep pushing. You’re so strong and you’ve got this 💗
Rather than pulling off tiny pieces because it's disordered maybe try challenging it and take bigger bites. This is good for challenging the thoughts and getting out of that disordered habits.🤗❤
I had no idea I did this :O. Looks like it has become a habit. I will definitely take larger bites next time ! That’s crazy. Thank you for your support ❤️🥰
Your regular porridge would have been a good addition to your breakfast. 😊 And it is worrying that a month ago you proudly told how you don't exercise and now you go for walks and the gym 😔 If you are still scared of eating, youre not nutritionally rehabilitated and should eat more. You can do it!❤
Hello, I have to walk to get to places. I go to the gym three times a week for just an hour. People are unaware of my current personal issues but the gym really helps to distract myself from them. I’ve been to the doctor who suggested this. It is what is best for me so please respect that❤️
@@abisianjones I appreciate your response to my comment. 🙏Glad to hear you have a doctor contact. And good to know that you don't have compulsive walking habits. 👌Take good care of yourself 💖
Cashews is the best :) - pure yummyness (for me). I'm eating cashew at this moment - after my dinner and my snack, but I'm craving for some salty nut, so, why not? Yes, I'm watching your videos late evening (99%) :) Sorry for my english, I'm learning this on my own.
My fear foods Pasta Pizza Burger Full fat milk Chocolate Nutters Nuts Mayo Liquid calories These are my personal fear foods not yours some of you might or some of you don't have fear foods.❤
