For skincare, I would try to do a reset. Sometimes our skin barrier gets damaged because of the use of many products and actives. Start back with the basics for a little while - cleanser, hyaluronic acid, balm, and maybe some sort of occlusive like Vaseline to really seal in moisture. The focus with this is adding moisture back into the skin for hydration. If that works, then you can slowly start adding other skincare to target specific problems. 💕

Hi, -Is the first prayer of the day Thajod? -How do you keep praying up while traveling (for example:London)? For the face Acne: -Stop eating chocolate, sugar and processed foods (which you have mentioned) -Pomegranate, Lettuce, Alu Bukhara and Jujube are great for blood purification.
