I never comment but I appreciate your collaboration on this video so much! As a teacher, we push for families to use IXL at home because it is so great. If you choose to do homework packets once a week, using IXL everyday to practice those same skills for at least 10 minutes is a perfect idea. Try to incorporate movement and play in learning as much as possible for his age group.

Naz make sure to cycle fast meaning fast XX amount of hours depending on what day of your cycle you’re on. Certain days during your cycle can have a negative impact on your hormones if you fast on those particular days

Hey Naz! If you feel like your skin reacts poorly to makeup, it most definitely could be the makeup. But have you checked your makeup removal process? Do you know if you’re using the right products to not only fully remove your makeup and cleanse your skin but also not lead to irritation? Look into the double cleanse technique if you haven’t! It’s popular in Asian cultures who are known for having the best skin cos it thoroughly removes makeup while also being gentle :) I know you didn’t ask for this advice but figured I’d share just in case it helps ❤️
