on Monday at 1:51 & 1:53 am, I gave birth to our beautiful son & daughter♡ We are so happy to share this labor & delivery vlog with you guys! It was very hard on me physically & emotionally which is why I chose to take some time before announcing. Although this birth was different that what I expected, I am just overjoyed to finally have the twins in my arms. This past week has been filled with so much love & snuggles and we can't wait to share more of our journey with you guys!

C section or Vaginal ... each delivery is tough on its own. Infact c sections are harder for recovery... lets not undermine either. Healthy babies and momma is what matters!

as someone who’s had both i can definitely agree! I had a c section with my first it was unimaginably hard to recover i thought my vaginal would be a breeze, nopeee vaginal was also very hard recovery (not as bad) but still intense

aw Naz in distress is so heartbreaking and hearing her say “give up and get a c section”… c section doesn’t make you ANY less of a mama. infact, it’s harder. caring for children after being cut open. you’ve earned that title when you carried and homed a baby for 9 months, endured body changes, stayed up late nights and long days, feedings & everything else inbetween. so proud of how far you’ve came as a women, as a mom. congratulations on a healthy pregnancy Naz! enjoy your new family of 5🤍

Seeing naz in such emotional distress makes me wanna cry 🥺 it’s like watching my own sister in pain. But I’m glad everything worked out and the babies came out healthy and naz is healthy too❤️ it’s so wild cuz my mom tells me she had an unmediated breach labor and delivery with me and I just cannot believe her cuz she says she felt NO PAIN at all, like there’s no way, they must’ve snuck you something when you weren’t looking 😂

I cried seeing Naz in this position because my birth story was literally almost the same with my babygirl. They put me on Pitocin and the contractions were hell, they had to do an emergency hydration because I was dehydrated before doing the epidural, which took about 40 minutes while having unbearable contractions. My baby heart rate kept dropping significantly as well and they had me moving in different positions for hours. I had to push 3 times in intervals of first 30 mins , then 20, then 30 something , I was so frustrated by that point I asked for a c-section. My obgyn recommended an episiotomy to be able to have a natural birth, which like Naz is was so so important to me . Thank God that worked and I ended up having my baby Ivy after 15 hours of labor. Us women are amazing and out bodies are extraordinary.

us mamas know exactly how this moment feels. it’s the most vulnerable and mentally, emotionally, physically straining thing we will ever feel and go through all at the same time. you did it with such grace and strength. getting a c-section is not a sign of giving up. you did what you needed in order to have a safe delivery for you and your babies, nothing else matters. you are amazing Naz and you are so blessed to have such a loving and supportive husband to be with you through it all 🤍

I had my twins 15 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday. We have 5 children, but the twins are my most memorable birth. Very similar to yours. Laboring then having a c-section is very hard on your body and even more emotionally. Please remember that whatever you're feeling in the next few weeks is okay. Pray for strength. Don't move too fast. Rest as much as possible. Eat well. Take your pain meds you will need them, but try not to do too much moving around. And just remember it's okay to be sad, and hormonal. I cried when Mel was looking at baby and then removed his mask as was just like smiling and you could see baby's little hand reaching out 😩😭😭😭😭❤️❤️ congratulations! I had a caesarean too (in 2020) and it was pretty smooth recovery. I was walking by day 4. But I'm thankful for the help I got from my partner and MIL because it would have been impossible alone!

Naz from the looks of it has an extremely low pain tolerance. I have a big pain tolerance a long with a bit of an inability to notice pain really at all. So when I had my 2 kids both labors where a breeze the only thing that sucked was the pressure

I felt everything you were going thru! Made me come to tears! This was how my first birth experience went for me and I worse for never get pregnant again bc of how traumatizing it was. This video was so real and raw. Thank you for being strong and confident to say what you want and need. So important for women and men to see the raw truth of having kids. The pregnancy, labor and delivery is a real journey and it doesn't always go as planned. I appreciate your strength that you have shown throughout this entire process. I am almost to the finish line with my 2nd baby. I have already been prepping myself with it's great to have a plan but it may not necessarily go according to my plans but it's ok. Healthy is what matters most. Moms please dont beat yourself up if your birth plan doesnt go as planned. Labor is already tough enough, if c section is the most logical do it. Dont stress and make things harder for yourselves. Like i said HEALTHY is the most important, vaginal or c section. Both are something to be proud of.

First off congratulations on having the twins! You’re such a strong woman Naz, going through what you went through and still putting on a smile at the end made it worth it. I’m sorry it was so rough for you and that you were crying but once you were crying I started crying. I’m glad that the twins are healthy and that you are okay. You guys are now a family of 5! I hope you recover quickly and heal fast. And enjoy this new adventure, it’ll be double the trouble but I know you guys will find a way. And congratulations to Von being an official big brother. Girl you made me cry. My first pregnancy was a breeze my second one was exactly what you’re going threw. Getting induced is no joke! But you are a warrior, your body is amazing, you did that!! We women are super humans!

Naz is such an amazing human being. So admirable and strong. When I saw her crying I wished I could hug her through the screen. But thankfully she had Mel by her side. Cried the entire time I watched your induction story. My epidural didnt take properly either and you def handled it as best as you could have.
