I'm just a second year architecture student but I feel like I am in the same situation as you.. I'm always tired, unmotivated, which stress me more and affect my work. I cannot wake up early and work on my project and assignments. I can't get something done correctly these days and can't even think properly.. I know that it also my fault cause I'm trying to do a lot of things next to uni work and that definitly leads to a burn out.. anyway, knowing that I am not the only one is comforting even though I wish you'll get better soon ! :) your video comforts me and you telling that " it is okay to take a break" take off a weight from my shoulders :) thank you !
omg i knoww right, feeling stressed because you’re tired and not getting stuff done and then taking a break and feeling guilty.. the cycle never stops! i feel you 100% it’s a rough time but you got this! one thing i tried to do today is focus on one task rather than setting a massive to-do list that i know i won’t finish and then feeling shit instead 🤦♀️ all the best x

I'm in the second year just a month and a half in and have been preparing for my midterms and everything but I keep pushing myself. I am already tired, but I hope it will get better. It just gets too overwhelming from time to time.

Oof, I feel that upsetting sunset at four PM, it gets hard but then it'll get better! I recommend you to look into Hygge, is a Danish term for cosiness and comfort. It helps wonders in winter, and to keep going even with darkness around you. Have a good week!
I think you should give yourself from credit. You’re doing your best to look after your body (spin class and yoga!) as well as dealing with a huge workload. I think you’re doing really well. I’m definitely trying my best to take walks, meditate (even if it’s for a minute), and be patient with myself. As always, love the yummy food you’re doing for yourself. You’ve got this! I’m waking up late too but this video is a sign for me to try and be better at waking up before 10am, haha.
