I also have 3 white button ups: 1 linen, 1 oversized poplin and 1 oxford and 3 black ones: 1 silk, 1 linen and 1 poplin too. Im ok with the amount, because the have their own purpose/ season
I have so much black and white, but after getting a color analysis, don’t wear any of the black anymore. It’s way too heavy for my complexion and I never loved it, but it was easy. It’s probably 1/4 of my wardrobe! Getting closer to giving up more as I slowly get more colors that suit me
I need to do this! I have way to many items I love but never wear because they don't fit my lifestile (aka. night out dresses) and I have too few I actually wear and feel comfortable in, so ... time to change that! Thank you for the inspo, you have a lovely aesthetic :D
as i worked on my personal style since giving birth to my 2nd son in September 2022, i realised, i never wear button up /down shirts (i really don't know where the difference is, in german they are all called hemd). but i have a couple of them (love to buy, hate to wear). i just can't get rid of them, since they seem so timeless 🫣🥴😅
They're so timeless! Maybe keeping one is a good idea and donate the rest :) I'm the same way with jeans and am happy to have parted ways with some of them!
