Just what I need. I’m working through this. I get anxious and have a tummy ache starting a new project but with therapy and knowing that it’s just that I would have been treated like an inconvenience by the ex, I am slowly doing the project. Although it’s not 100% all the time, it’s done and is making a change in my home and I’m proud of that. Everyone has to try new things, learn along the way and will improve their techniques and new routines to get through it. ❤ Thanks Lauren.
