Great video,I managed to get it installed,downloaded apps,hotspot and loads more but for some reason I couldn’t change the date and time(I have an iPhone not android)you mentioned android settings(as I didn’t think about it due to having an iPhone)I ran out to the van and changed it within minutes.Now I’m very happy.Thank you👍

Thank you C2Tech, I have a different Head Unit, but have the same Launcher. Noticed on the Home Screen you Pressed the Radio and Settings and they went where they were suppose to go. How did you set that up? If I press Bluetooth, Radio or Settings nothing happens. I do have to Drag the Screen Down, and have access to the settings, etc. I'd like to configure the home buttons. Thank you in Advance.

Hello, I've just purchased a Android Car Stereo 2GB, but I have an issue, my stereo is connected to a Amplifier in my car, and when I use Bluetooth, Video, etc, I can control the volume using the V+, V- that it is in the sidebar of the stereo without any issues but once I open the native radio app no matter how low or if I mute the volume the sound of the radio is still listening, if I raise the volume, the radio will hear louder but if lower the volume or I mute the volume the radio is still listening. any help?

Hi Mate, I recently got the same unit with the same interface as yours. Just wondering if you can help me with the installation of the Navigation system. Mine came with the Google Maps and the IGO Navigation. GPS is connected and detects fine but can't get the IGO to work. They sent me the IGO World file to download and save to a USB which needs to be transfered to the unit. I have done the download and copy and pasted from the USB to the Internal Storage of the unit but can't get it to work. PLEASE HELP !!!! Thanks Gary

Hello mate thanks for your info... Yes there are many Android products out there and the only matter is the price... And then again you got to get better info which item is a real deal... Best to suit our budget... Or we will be fooled... Any way... About the USB DVR...icon in your Android which you are not sure about... It is to view the front camera which I noticed you fixed on your car windshield.. Looks like you already installed... If not just go to the file manager folder and find USB folder... Click open usb.dvr icon and the program will install. Then go to the installed USB DVR icon and touch it... Your front or even rear camera will appear on screen... If does not for rear then... Touch the screen for a few seconds... Then change the your of camera and settings... Your rear camera will pop out before you... Try it out mate... well if it does not work... I'm sorry... Try other methods... We learn a little thing everyday.

Hi C2Tech, I also purchased this unit for my Golf Mk6 and watched you video several times to get a better understanding of the installation process and functionality. My only remaining issue is, no audio when making a mobile call using the steering wheel buttons (I can see the screen making the call but no audio). However if I use the screen to call I get the usual audio ring tone and can see the call on the screen and talk time is all normal. Any suggestions ?

Hi thanks for the video. Have you ever disconnected your car battery? Dont I did, and now my Android doesnt recognise my steering wheel settings! When I go into protocol settings it hasnt even got any options to select my car model (Ford Mondeo), and just has a list of Japanese and American cars! So it looks like when you disconnect the battery, it wipes any pre uploaded settings from the factory! not cool ha ha

I just fitted one. The radio reception is terrible. There is a dark blue wire with a bit of coax that isnt used, is that supposed to be powered?
