A review of the Tailfin Aeropack - a forgettable bikepacking bag! 

Your review of the various bags was simply adorable! You've sold me: definitely I'll go for the Tailfin. Money is no matter - - - uhm, I'll scrimp on my breakfast, lunch, supper and lager!!

I use the tailfin top tube bag ,but I use the Ortlieb quick rack when using panniers it's a lot cheaper & also had a mudguard adapter .

So pleased you liked it. I've just bought one and when i first saw your vlog title was worried . Looking forward to using mine on the next adventure, however small!

Hi, quick question, did you buy the extended seatpost connector also ? (due to having a small bike)

thanks for your helpful review as I also have drooping saddle bag issues and had to sell off my alpkit for that reason. It would be even more helpful if you could add in the prices and weight for comparison purposes.

Forgettable as a positive comment. Helpful to see items going in the bag and how accessible they are. Weight is not a big consideration- more price considerations.

Is the bag 20 liters when closed?

does it has an air release valve?

I found tailfin aero bag to be annoying as the straps kept slipping down even if you cross them over . I spent most of the time with hardly anything in it and top open I also felt that its more a commuter bag than bike packing My personal recommendation get panniers instead as I couldnt stand and ride plus save tons of money
