I was sent this banjo and asked to try it out to see whether I’d recommend it to my students, and to provide my feedback on it to the company making it. If you’re looking for a “starter” banjo, check this one out! :-)
Thanks for the review! I recently got a 6 string off amazon because I thought it might be easier to learn with, but im not happy with the sound at all. So now ive been eyeing the 5 strings. It was between this one and the Donner. The reviews look decent on both but Ive watched a few videos of the Vangoa now and it seems to be a solid banjo for the price.
I'd like one. You answered my q. I was wondering of I got a cheap starter banjo would it be serious enough to use for a gig ? I already play guitar.. thanks alot !! I think I'll get one of those because it has a bag aswell and extras... great
Sounds best without the mute on this side of the screen...🤠 For playing at jams, fiddlers convention it's all someone needs. In fact it's all someone ever needs unless they just want to spend more money.
I got this banjo today. I want to see if your banjo is like this. The string on the top. Does it look like it's closer to the string below as it goes down the arm. Can that be fixed?
Hi Hilarie, do you have a recommendation for a place or site to purchase this model? I went to the Vangoa.com website and there are no banjos Thanks, I'm just starting and when I get my banjo, I'm going to subscribe to your patron page!
